Dear 2019/20 Residents, Welcome to CAMPUSONE! First and foremost, thank you for choosing CampusOne. Our team is committed to making your experience at CampusOne the best that it can be and providing a live-learn environment where you can truly feel at home. As part of a Canadian Campus Community, CampusOne is designed with students in mind. With our amenities for fitness and fun and our resources for academic success, our priority is to always put students first. We understand your challenges and opportunities and we’re here to help! To our new Residents, We sincerely hope you take the time to become familiar with our building and the amenities. I also hope you take the opportunity to become acquainted with your residence life team. We welcome you. To our returning Residents, We sincerely thank you for choosing us once again this year. Welcome Home! On behalf of the whole CampusOne family, thank you for choosing us as your new home away from home. We are excited to welcome you and be part of your academic journey. CampusOne is more than just a place to sleep while at school. CampusOne is a vibrant student community where you’ll create lasting friendships and unforgettable memories. What makes our community special is our curated residence life program designed to help you through your school year with academic support, health and wellness programming, employment opportunities, financial literacy, and community engagement. Located in the heart of downtown Toronto, CampusOne is a newly purposed built student residence affiliated with the University of Toronto. Directly across the street from the University of Toronto’s main campus and close to Ryerson and OCAD, CampusOne is the ultimate student residence experience.

ABOUT THE BUILDING

Service Desks

Visit us at the Service Desks for any questions or concerns. Our Front Desks (Lobby & Second Floor) are open Everyday 9 am – 9 pm

On-Site Management Office.

Our leasing and management office is located on the 2nd floor. Residents can address any concerns with management, or stop by for a chat. The office is open Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm; the office is available for leasing related inquiries on Saturday – Sunday from 10am – 4pm.

The Dining Hall

The All-day dining program operated by UofT, Dining Hall is located on the 2nd Floor is open Mon-Thurs 7 am - 10 pm, Fri 7 am - 8 pm, and Sat-Sun 8 am - 8pm.

Lost your Access Card or Keys?

If you lose your access card, you can purchase a new one from the Upper-Desk for $20.00 + tax

Locked Out? If you locked yourself out visit the service desks or security. You might expect a wait time up to 30 minutes. 4

Wifi and Ethernet

Connect to our best in class WiFi and or ethernet port.Connect your device(s) to any Airwave Network inside the building.Need help connecting or troubleshooting? Contact Singledigits at:833-576-6279

Bike Storage Sign-up

Residents may store their bikes in one of the two bike storage rooms located in basement and loading dock. Residents must provide their own locks. Please be sure to register your bike with CampusOne so we can provide you access on your keycard to these areas. CampusOne is not responsible for any damaged, lost or stolen property.

Card Operated Laundry Room.

CampusOne features a card-operated laundry facility, found on Floor 2A. If you are unsure how to operate the washer/dryer, follow the directions provided in the room or contact the office or a Residence Life Don for instruction.For any issues or concerns that may arise with our Laundry Services, please contact Coinamatic at: 1-800561-1972

The closest subway station is Queen’s Park Station. The North/South streetcar is 510. The East/West streetcar is 506.

Restaurants and Deliveries

CampusOne is steps away from Chinatown.You can have food delivered and pick it up in the lobby Use Yelp.ca to help you find a restaurant of your choice

Local Amenities

Want to catch a movie? Scotiabank Theatre is located at 259 Richmond Street W.

Need to purchase groceries? Independent City Market is located at 301 College Street.

Need personal care items or a late Night supply run?

Rexall is located right across the street and open till Mid-Night.

UNIT CONDITION FORM

All items are presumed to be in good condition in your unit unless otherwise noted on your Unit Condition Form within 48 hours on moving in. If this form is not completed and submitted within 48 hours, you will be responsible for any and all defects upon check out. If you require repair work, please inform the office immediately via phone, visiting the desk, or report the issue to your Residence Life Don or visit us at the service desks.
