Centennial Place has a safety protocol in place for every situation, here is one in the case of a fire:
There are two stages to a fire alarm - Stage 1 "Prepare to evacuate" and Stage 2 "Evacuate".
In stage 1, as the announcement says, you should prepare to evacuate, this means you should wake up and dress up!
If you were in the shower, get out and put on some clothes. If you were sleeping, wake up and be alert. If you were cooking turn off everything and get ready to leave.
In stage 2 you should evacuate the building calmly to the nearest assembling area
PS: during the winter, DO NOT forget your jackets and shoes, and clothes

An Unconventional Thanksgiving dinner
Prep Time: 35 minutes
REady in: 1 hour 30 minutes
Serves 6 Ingredients
1 3 lb (~1.4 kg) whole chicken, spatchcocked
3 tbsp. extra virgin olive oil salt & pepper, to taste paprika, to taste
4 navel oranges, peeled and sliced in 1/4" slices
3 shallots, peeled and sliced
6 cloves garlic, smashed and peeled
Directions
1) Preheat oven to 400 F (have it set on roast if possible) and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil.
2) Add the navel oranges, shallots and garlic to the bottom of the tray Drizzle 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil overtop, and spread oil evenly throughout pan Lightly season with salt and pepper
3) Using a pair of poultry scissors or sharp kitchen scissors, cut along each side of the chicken's backbone, and completely remove the spine. Flip the chicken over, and pull the legs so that they rest flat on the cutting board. Put your hands on the middle of the breastbone and press firmly until the breasts lay flat on the cutting board
4) Add the chicken to the baking sheet. Coat chicken with remaining olive oil, and season with salt, pepper and paprika. Allow the chicken to sit for 30 minutes before roasting.
5) Add the chicken along with prepared pan, and roast the chicken for 40-45 minutes, until golden brown and internal temperature reaches 165F
6) Transfer the chicken to a clean cutting board, cover with a clean towel, and let it rest for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
