Ok, it’s possible that I have been paying more attention, I don’t know, but these past two months seem to have been filled with news about films. Haven’t you noticed? I’m including some of these in this overview and leaving others out. Amongst those discarded, I could have made an allusion to the Film Festival of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, which celebrated its fifteenth year, in a new month and under a new direction, and left us with a generally good feeling. But not everything will fit on these two pages. In fact, there is not much room at all. Preparation: Cook the octopus. You can boil water and, after washing the octopus, submerge it three times and then let it cook until it is tender. Or if you use a pressure cooker, you can cook it without water for 15 minutes and it will be perfect. Once you have cooked it, let it cook and then cut it into regular
