Signature hot chocolate
Scotch Manhattan
Serves 2
Serves 1
160ml full cream milk
50mL Glenfiddich 15YO whiskey
240ml thickened cream
20mL sweet vermouth
100g Koko Black dark chocolate shavings
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Combine milk and cream in a saucepan and stir gently on low heat.
Add all ingredients to mixing glass, stir and strain into a cocktail glass.
Once simmering, remove from heat. Add chocolate shavings and whisk until completely melted.
Garnish with orange zest.
Return to the heat and bring the hot chocolate back to a simmer. Then it’s ready! Best sipped somewhere cosy. Recipe and image courtesy of Koko Black.
