CONCOURS D’ÉLÉGANCE Pour sa 3e édition du Concours d’Elégance se déroulera le jeudi 14 septembre à 17 heures dans le cadre historique du Vieux Port de Cannes, aux abords du ponton VIP et de la plage du Festival. For its 3rd edition of the Concours d’Elégance will be held on Thursday 14th September at 5 p.m. in the historic setting of the Vieux Port in Cannes, alongside the VIP pontoon and the Festival’s beach area.

e défilé exceptionnel est l’occasion de découvrir un spectacle d’élégants petits bateaux à moteur (day boats) vintages et modernes de moins de 12 mètres et de rendre hommage à la riche histoire de la plaisance au cœur de la French Riviera. Les bateaux et leurs splendides équipages défileront devant les visiteurs, journalistes, professionnels, amateurs et surtout devant un jury d’experts. Le jury prendra en compte : le design et la restauration du bateau, sa rareté et son histoire, l’élégance de l’équipage et la qualité du défilé. Après la parade, participants, partenaires et journalistes seront invités à la cérémonie de remise des prix qui se tiendra au Club VIP du Yachting Festival à partir de 18:30 heures.
Un grand nombre de récompenses seront remises par les partenaires de l’évènement. Le Concours d’Elégance est réservé aux exposants du salon, aux propriétaires et aux collectionneurs sur simple inscription gratuite sur le site internet du Yachting Festival. Les bateaux, dans la limite de 20, seront divisés en deux catégories : construits avant 1980 et construits après 1980. Un prix sera décerné aux femmes les plus élégantes. Un prix spécial sera également remis au coup de cœur du jury. his one-of-a-kind display allows those attending to feast their eyes on a parade of elegant vintage and modern small motorboats (day-boats) of 12 metres or less, and thus appreciate the rich history of yachting in the heart of the French Riviera.

The Concours d’Elégance is reserved to exhibitors at the Festival, to owners and to collectors on free registration on the website of the Cannes Yachting Festival. The boats will be limited to a maximum of 20 and will be divided into two categories: those built before 1980, and those built after. An award will be presented to the most elegant ladies. A special prize will also be awarded to the jury’s favourite.
The boats and their resplendent crews will pass before the eyes of visitors, journalists, industry professionals, amateurs, and, above all, a jury of experts. The jury will take into account: the boat’s design and restoration, its rarity and history, the elegance of the crew, and the quality of its parade.

LA LUXURY GALLERY For the 2nd edition, the Luxury Gallery, dedicated to luxury, crafts and lifestyle, will be located inside the Palais des Festivals.
Pour la 2ème édition, la Luxury Gallery, dédiée au luxe, à l’artisanat et à l’art de vivre, sera située à l’intérieur du Palais des Festivals.
This prestigious area is dedicated exclusively to luxury players in the sectors including: watchmaking, jewellery, gastronomy, spirits, fashion and accessories, household linen, decoration, furniture, design, art, high-tech products, services, etc. They come to meet affluent visitors who enjoy exceptional products, to showcase their know-how and new products.

On the roof of the Palais, the VIP Club and a Panoramic restaurant, whose menu is signed by the catering house Dalloyau. The restaurant is opened to all visitors and exhibitors featuring views of the Vieux Port and the yachts on display on one side, and of the Croisette and the Bay of Cannes on the other.
Sur le toit du Palais se situent le Club VIP et le restaurant Panoramique, dont la carte est signée par la Maison Dalloyau. Le restaurant accueille l’ensemble des visiteurs et des exposants offrant une vue d’un côté sur le Vieux Port et les yachts exposés et de l’autre sur la Croisette et la Baie de Cannes.
LA SUPER YACHTS EXTENSION
THE SUPER YACHTS EXTENSION The Super Yachts Extension corrals around 40 of the biggest motor and sailing yachts, from 25 to 48 meters in the Vieux Port. It also hosts the floating part of the Tender area on the Traversante, a floating pontoon connecting the two sides of the Vieux Port, the central part of which opens to let out the boats for sea trials.
La Super Yachts Extension rassemble une quarantaine des plus grands yachts, à voile et à moteur, de 25 à 48 mètres du Vieux Port. Elle accueille également la partie à flots, de l’espace Tender sur la Traversante, ponton flottant reliant les deux côtés du Vieux Port dont la partie centrale s’ouvre pour laisser sortir les bateaux pour les essais en mer.
LE QUAI MAX LAUBEUF
THE QUAI MAX LAUBEUF The Quai Max Laubeuf welcomes, on the water, a variety of sailing boats from 10 to 20 metres and motorboats from 10 to 23 metres, as well as several small motorboats (8 to 12 metres) displayed on land. It also includes the RIB Village with 50 inflatable and semi-rigid boats exhibited in water.
Le Quai Max Laubeuf est le rendez-vous des voiliers de 10 à 20 mètres et accueille également des bateaux à moteur à flots de 10 à 23 mètres, ainsi que de nombreux petits bateaux à moteur (8 à 12m) exposés à terre. Il accueille également le RIB Village avec plus de 50 bateaux pneumatiques et semi-rigides présentés à flot.

LA JETÉE La Jetée présente principalement des unités à moteur de 20 à 42 mètres. Sur les quais, sont implantés les espaces d’accueil des chantiers, des fabricants de moteurs, des sociétés de services et des marinas.

LE QUAI SAINT-PIERRE Le début du Quai Saint Pierre accueille quelques bateaux à moteur jusqu’à 21 mètres qui laisse place ensuite aux plus grands voiliers du salon; de superbes unités, jusqu’à 24 mètres, alignées sur le quai en dessous du Suquet.

Depuis plus de 10 ans, l’Espace Brokerage & Charter du Yachting Festival est installé sur les quais du Port Pierre Canto à l’autre extrémité de la célèbre Croisette. For more than 10 years, the Brokerage & Charter Area of the Cannes Yachting Festival is installed on the quayside of the Port Pierre Canto, at the other end of the famous Croisette.

e Port Pierre Canto est accessible en seulement 7 minutes de bateaux grâce aux navettes maritimes VIP, c’est l’occasion de faire une belle promenade en baie de Cannes et d’admirer la Croisette et ses palaces.
Le Port Pierre Canto accueille les acteurs du marché des yachts de plaisance disponibles à la location ou à l’achat en seconde main. Les bateaux présentés par les plus grands brokers internationaux et les sociétés de charter renommées mesurent au minimum 22 mètres de long.
Au Vieux Port, le ponton des navettes VIP assurant la liaison vers le Port Pierre Canto est situé après l’espace Toys, proche de l’entrée principale du salon.

These second-hand yachts, armed by brokers, are managed by their crew. They are often immediately available for sale. Each of these superb units is unique and you will be able to choose from the fifty yachts on display, which correspond to your search to visit them and meet their brokers and their crews who will tell you their history and their own assets.

he Port Pierre Canto is accessible in just 7 minutes by boat thanks to the VIP sea shuttle. It provides the opportunity to take a splendid boat-trip in the bay of Cannes and to get a wonderful view of the Croisette and its palaces. At the Vieux Port, the pontoon of the VIP shuttles linking to Port Pierre Canto is located after the Toys area, close to the main entrance of the show.
Chartering (i.e., renting a vessel) is sometimes an intermediate stage before purchasing a boat. Renting one of these great yachts is also the guarantee of a unique luxury travel experience with family or friends. You will find at Port Canto the main types of yachts available on the market.
Port Pierre Canto hosts the Festival’s marketplace for yachts available for chartering or for secondhand purchase. The boats presented here by the best-known international brokers and charter companies are at least 22 metres.
