______________________________________________________________________________________ J’expose sur le Yachting Festival et je souhaite charger ou décharger mon matériel avec un véhicule. I exhibit on the Cannes Yachting Festival and I want to load or unload my material with a vehicle. ______________________________________________________________________________________ ETAPE 1 / STEP 1 : Je retourne obligatoirement à la SEMEC le BON d’ENREGISTREMENT de mes véhicules. Merci de vous assurer que votre décorateur ou transporteur remplisse également ce formulaire. I return to SEMEC the REGISTRATION FORM of my vehicles. Please make sure that your decorator and transporter fill in the form as well.
ETAPE 2 / STEP 2 : Je me munis de mon accréditation de montage / démontage. Merci de remplir votre demande d’accréditation depuis votre espace exposant. Vous devez enregistrer obligatoirement toute personne ayant besoin de se rendre sur le site du Festival durant ces périodes (informations demandées : nom – prénom – date et lieu de naissance - nationalité) I take my pass for set-up and break-down. Please fill in your pass demand in your exhibito’s space. You have to register everybody that needs to enter the Festival during this period (informations needed : first name – last name – date and place of birth – nationality).
ETAPE 3 / STEP 3 : Je récupère mon macaron d’accès. En tenant compte du planning du salon, rendez-vous au parking Coubertin à La BOCCA. On vous y remettra un macaron d’accès pour vous identifier sur le port. Adresse : 5 Avenue Pierre de Coubertin, 06150 Cannes Ouverture : du mercredi 05/09/2018 à 7h00 au mercredi 18/09/2018 à 19h00. I collect my pass for the vehicles. By taking into account the schedule of the show, I go to the Coubertin Car Park at LA BOCCA to register. I will then be given a parking pass to be identified on the Cannes Harbour. Address: 5 Avenue Pierre de Coubertin, 06150 Cannes Opening: from Wednesday 5th of September 2018 at 7am to Wednesday 18th of September 2018 at 7pm.
ATTENTION : Sans ce macaron, vous ne pourrez pas décharger dans l’enceinte du Festival. ATTENTION: Without this pass, you will NOT be able to unload within the Festival.

ETAPE 4 / STEP 4: J’attends l’accord du personnel du parking pour me diriger vers ma zone de chargement / déchargement. I wait for the permission from the Car park’s staff to get to my loading / unloading area.
ETAPE 5 / STEP 5 : J’arrive sur ma zone de chargement / déchargement Je suis orienté par des personnes en « veste rouge ». J’ai 2 heures pour effectuer mon déchargement et laisser la place aux autres véhicules. Je charge /décharge mon matériel en évitant de gêner le montage / démontage du Festival. Merci d’indiquer clairement votre numéro de téléphone et votre numéro de stand sur votre véhicule. I arrive on my loading/unloading area The persons in « red coats » help me to see the location. I stay on site 2 hours maximum to make way for the other vehicles. I load / unload my equipment without disturbing the ongoing build up or dismantling of the Festival. Please indicate clearly your phone number and number of stand on the vehicle.
J’expose un bateau à terre / I exhibit a boat on land Je contacte la société SCALES qui gère le planning de manutention des bateaux I contact SCALES, the company which manages the schedule of the boats handling SCALES : scales@scales.fr / +33 (0)1 34 48 52 00 Je respecte le planning qui m’a été transmis et en informe mon transporteur en amont. ATTENTION, le non-respect des plannings peut engendrer une désorganisation de l’ensemble du montage / démontage et l’organisateur se réserve le droit de ne pas autoriser l’accès au site. I respect the schedule that was previously transmitted by Scales and inform my transporter. CAUTION, the non-compliance of the planning can disorganise the set-up or dismantling and the organiser reserves the right to forbid the access to the show.
