__________________________________________________________________________________ J’ai commandé une tente - I have ordered a tent. __________________________________________________________________________________ CE QUE JE DOIS FAIRE What I have to do - Envoyer mon projet complet de stand à la société manadatée par le Yachting Festival pour accord de construction : standdeco@cannesyachtingfestival.com - Faire valider mon projet de contruction auprès d’un bureau agréé pour la stabilité, si modification de la structure initiale __________ - Send the full project of the lay out of my stand to the company mandated by the organizer to get the agreement of construction : standdeco@cannesyachtingfestival.com - Get my project validated by a specialized organisation for health and safety issue, in case of modifications of the structure.
CE QUE JE NE PEUX PAS FAIRE What I can not do - Installer ma propre façade de stand - Percer la structure, plancher ou tout autre matériel fourni. - Condamner les rideaux de la tente Les rideaux doivent rester accessibles. Il est impératif de pouvoir les fermer le soir ou en cas de vent important. __________ - Install my own fascia or frontage - Drill into the metalwork, flooring system and/or any element of the structure. - Block the curtains of the tent. They must remain accessible at all time. You must be able to close them every night and/or in case of strong wind.

Il est obligatoire de commander auprès de l’organisateur les habillages de facade blancs, pour répondre aux réglements de sécurité - VOIR REGLEMENT TECHNIQUE ET BON DE COMMANDE
