10:00 - 11:00 Effective Communication During an Accident Investigation The purpose of this session is to raise awareness of the realities associated with the accident/incident investigation process. It will highlight how to deal with accident/incident investigations as a team; provide information about communication during an accident/incident investigation; and give examples of lessons learned, including both successful and unsuccessful handling of issues during an accident/incident investigation. The session will include a simulated accident/incident investigation, to prepare ANSP senior management for critical situations.
