Photographers may enter pictures taken at any outdoor Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival event starting with the Balloon Classic on July 19 and ending with the Drum Corps International Competition on August 6. 3. The contest is open to professional and nonprofessional photographers. For the purpose of this contest, a professional photographer is defined as "a person who earns more than one-fourth of his or her income from photography." Any person who has a press pass or a field pass for the Hall of Fame Game (or any other event) must enter under the "professional" category. 4. Best of Show winner will be selected from all pictures entered in the category without reference to professional or non-professional category designation. 5. No special privileges or admission to any Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival events will be granted to participants. Photographs taken at the Fashion Show Luncheon, Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Cocktail Party, Enshrinees’ Gold Jacket Dinner, Enshrinees GameDay Roundtable or any other indoor events will not be judged. 6. The Canton Regional Chamber of Commerce Pro Football Hall of Fame Enshrinement Festival and the Pro Football Hall of Fame reserve the right to publish any photograph entered in the contest in future publications, promotional brochures, etc., without giving credit or recognition to the photographer. 7.
