HAVE YOU EVER ASKED, “What is Leadership Stark County doing?” LEADERSHIP STARK COUNTY’S mission is to provide “training in leadership skills and education about the community.” As such, LSC does not usually attach its name to specific community projects and services, prompting some in the community to ask “What is Leadership Stark County doing in the community?” Numerous Leadership graduates are serving as chairs of non-profit boards in Stark County and there are many dozen more serving on those boards that are involved in improving every aspect of the county from how we take care of the least advantaged to how we provide access to the arts for eve ryone.
