Building Better Boards Seminar Nearly one hundred individuals gathered recently at The Timken Company to further leadership skills.The attendees included numerous executive directors of non profits, Leadership Signature Class graduates currently serving on boards, and more than a dozen Spotlight Stark County participants who are now matched to a non-profit board through LSC’s speed boarding process. Objective Questions: What do we know and need to know about the subject that are facts not opinions? Reflective Questions: What do we feel about this subject as we share opinions? Interpretive Questions: What does this mean for the board? What are some ‘what if ’ scenarios? Decisional Questions: What are we going to do as we focus on the future?
