In Hong Kong, we went to a zoo and mum laughed at something the macaws were saying, so the macaws were mimicking her laugh, which led to mum laughing louder and the birds copying her more, until she had to run away from them!

She always showed me to consider that everyone is on their own life journey and try not to judge others as you don’t know their story. I would hire a maid for her, to help her look after the house and the circus of five animals and three children! What’s the funniest or favourite memory of your mum? There are so many.. but I would have to say most recently my favourite memory would be hearing mum’s speech at my 21st birthday party. It was some of the nicest things that have ever been said about me and I felt so lucky to be able to call her my mum.

She’s going to kill me for putting this in a magazine, but my funniest memory of my mum is every time she’s dancing.
