EXPLANATION OF FEES

The following fees may be separately assessed and charged within the Global Exchange. All fees are subject to change at any time. Promotional rates may apply.

Agent Booking Fee

All Global Exchange travel reservations booked through Owner Services include an agent booking fee of $10.

Direct Booking Fees

A fee is charged for every exchange travel reservation made through Global Exchange. The fee amount is determined by the exchange type, resort booked, method of booking (online, agent), and Club loyalty level.

Guest Certificate Fee

A Guest Certificate fee of $49 will be charged for every reservation made under a guest’s name when the owner will not be traveling on the reservation. The Guest Certificate fee may be charged at the time of booking or through Owner Services prior to the travel date.

Exchange Assurance Fee (coming soon)

Club members may optionally choose to protect their vacation with the purchase of Points Protection. Members must pay the Exchange Assurance fee at the time of booking. The fee amount is based on the Member’s Club loyalty level and the time prior to travel.

Unit Size Upgrade Fee

A fee is charged to book into a larger-sized accommodation than a one (1) bedroom. The fee amount is based on the unit size of the selected accommodation.
