Here is a look at the 2015/2016 current and future cooking conventions to be held nationwide and workshops that will be offered. East Coast Cooking Conventions: These are the 3 top Conventions that will be taking place on the East Coast. Convention #1 - 40th Annual Hotel, Motel & Restaurant Supply Show of the Southeast (HMRSSS). This event is taking place on January 26, 2016 at Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The most significant event at this convention is big companies are recruiting experienced chefs and are also looking for solid partnerships with outstanding restaurants.
Convention #2 - 2016 Southwest Petro–Food Marketing Exposition This convention is on March 2, 2016 and also held in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. The most significant event at this convention is that it will feature the latest advances in petroleum technology. Convention #3-2016 Ocean City hotel-motelrestaurant association spring trade expo. This convention will be held on March 6, 2016 in Ocean City, Maryland. The most significant event at this convention is that you can learn from other people with actual demonstrations and better yet, you can take up classes and learn the latest trends.
West Coast Cooking Conventions: These are the 3 top Conventions that will be taking place on the West Coast.
Convention #1 - 2016 Northwest Food & Beverage Manufacturers Expo & Conference. This conference will be held on January 11, 2016. The most significant event of this conference is that it will be holding the largest national trade, attracting big companies and manufacturers.
Convention #2 - 41st Winter Fancy Food Show. This convention will be held on January 17, 2016. The most significant event that will be held at this convention is demonstrating professional techniques and ingredients.
Convention #3 – Engredea 2016. This convention will be held on March 9, 2016. The most significant event in this convention is that they will be advising those trying to build up their company and are looking for support and will be setting up booths that will be giving contracts to people that want to build up their business.
Northern Hemisphere Cooking Conventions:
This is the top cooking convention that will be held in the northern hemisphere. Convention #1 - Restaurants Canada Show 2016 (formally the CRFA show).This convention will be held on February 28, 2016. The most significant event will be cooking demos to show different techniques and styles. For three days they will be showing the latest foods and drinks available, and on the last day you will be invited to a cocktail party with beverages and snacks.
