This section covers projects which I have worked on, including academic work and extracurricular activities relating to architecture

colllab project, constructing a playhouse for abandoned and disabled dogs

Studio 1 project, a room to observe which is located within an imaginary city

Studio 2, tasked with making an unfamiliar home for a fictional client

Aroomto observe.

The room to observe represents a path, leading travellers through a series of spaces while making use of the human senses, creating a story of emotions.

Transitioning from sharp, tight and suffocating spaces into a comfortable and relaxing space, complimented by open spaces and filtered lighting

The house is built upon the memories of the client, retelling her journery which made her into the person she is today Each section of the house has a unique story behind its design, inspired by the experiences of the client while fulfilling the needs of a farm house.

The open and bright kitchen, followed by the lively hearth located in the heart of the house, to the somber yet peaceful area of jjangdokdae (fermentation area), the spaces connect and intertwine in a unique way creating a truly unfamiliar home

PAW'sEden

This project was held by colllab, a nonprofit organization which aims to help communities through architecture and innovation.

The project aimed to create a playhouse for a dog shelter which would support the dogs including the disabled ones.

This experience taught me skills and information which I believe to be helpful in supporting my studies as an architecture student and helping others as a member of the community

My main contribution was taking part in the scale modelmaking of the dog playhouse alongside constructing the fences of the playhouse

Through these experiences, I've learned how to work with bamboo at a small scale to a real construction scale, along with structural and construction methods found within building the scale model which replicated the construction of the actual playhouse

Even though I didn't take part in the main construction of the playhouse, I still felt that the experience which I gained was indispensable, especially for a semester 1 student

This section covers drawings, sketches and personal works which represents the level of my aptitude and ability.

The following work depicts my family home in Academia Lane, a residence situated in Samarahan, Kuching

Contains sketches of famous and important buildings throughout history, mostly covering classic architecture before the 19th century

LandscapePavilion

A basic landscape model with a pavilion, made following dimensions provided by the AADA10 course

This project was personally made using Rhinoceros 7 and follows tutorials given by Gediminas

This is a personal project with the context of designing a home for my family

The following images are renders of my proposed design which were pitched to local constructors.

The model was created in SketchUp and was rendered using Enscape

Models imported within this design included windows, doors and louvres from the 3D warehouse

This section covers documentation and presentation, mainly through photography, editing and color grading.
