Death & Bugs A collection of poems by: Georgia D
When I watch you from a distance, Many evil thoughts fill my head And I try not to punch your face It’s really hard. But, When I watch you from a distance, I realize you’re just an ordinary guy Trying to live a life And I think little about you. But, When I watch you from a distance, I want you to be mine And I restrain from kissing you And drawing hearts on your picture. But, Now when I watch you I don’t watch from a distance, I watch up close Because your mine.
What is Death? What is death? Is it like a football game - loud and colorful, Or is it more like a ballet - hushed and dark? Is it cold like an ice cube, Or does it warm you up like a sauna? Does it slowly creep up on you, Or does it just attack? We can only guess for now, But when will we know? Maybe that is the true question.
Squishing a Bug Squish, Squash Kill a bug, Smash it with a jug, Shake it in a mug!
Squish, Squash Chop the nose, Hit it with a hose, Rip the toes!
Squish, Squash Cook it in a pot, Squeeze him into a blot, Destroy that bug spot!
Squish, Squash No more bug.
