STRONG SALES, DESPITE INTERRUPTED APRIL Can you believe we are already almost half way through 2019? It seems like autumn is flying by, but despite the cooling temperatures, there´s no sign that the property market in our city is coming off the heat. Despite the month of April being heavily interrupted by the Easter and ANZAC Day public holidays and the school break, it was business as usual at Caporn Young, with our sales and property management team achieving some great results for our clients. In the month of April, our team sold 37 properties with a combined value of more than $37m, and found tenants for 32 rental properties. It´s a fantastic result for a time of year that many expected to be quiet, and goes to show that our hard work and strong relationships are keeping us ahead of the game.
