LOOKING BACK TO LOOK FORWARD We are just days from the end of financial year and our team is taking the opportunity to review the results we´ve achieved over the past 12 months. It´s certainly been a busy year for our sales agents. However, it´s not until we actually see the numbers in black and white that it becomes clear just how much we have accomplished on behalf of our valued clients. This financial year we have, so far, achieved the following: •Listed over 450 properties for sale, an average of 8-9 homes every single week, of which 114 were auction campaigns. •Recorded an auction success or clearance rate of 64.91%. For context, the broader auction clearance rate for WA is currently just 21%, according to data from RealEstate.com.au.
•We have put under offer or sold 328 properties, with a total transaction value of $350 million. •Our average sale price is $1.058 million vs Perth´s median house price, which is around $487,000, according to REIWA data for March 2019.
