CAPORN YOUNG´S BEST IN CLASS Every August, we hold our annual CY Awards Night and this year´s event on August 3 was another fantastic celebration of our team´s hard work and consistent effort. We´re proud to congratulate and recognise our winners, starting with the winner of the Sales Team of the Year Award: Team Gaspar Lisle. Lead by Team Leader Craig Gaspar, Michael Mort, Oonagh Lisle and Sarah Reed have collectively made unrivalled contributions to Perth´s property market. Craig Gaspar also took out the title for Auction Lister of the Year, after running 24 auction campaigns in the last financial year, with a clearance rate of 87.5% it´s no wonder he´s West Leederville´s No 1 agent. Our deserving Sales Person of the Year award went to Tim Caporn, who co-founded
Caporn Young Estate Agents, opening the first Claremont office in 2001. His passion truly does lie in real estate, and Tim shares a deep connection with the suburb of Nedlands where he specialises (some streets are even named after his descendants). Hayley Brown was recognised as Sales Achiever of the Year, after showing the most improvement on her sales from the previous year. Auction Campaign of the Year went to Aidan Casey for 18 Irwin Street, East Fremantle; his strategic campaign resulted in four bidders and a happy crowd present at the auction, where he negotiated a sale under the hammer at $1.4m. Rebecca Maxwell took home the top gong for Client Services Manager of the Year, while Raine Esteban was awarded International Administrator of the Year. Finally, our 2019 International Team Member of the Year (as voted by the entire CY team) was awarded to Dorothy Gervacio, whose commitment to service and leadership has seen our international team grow from 3 to 10. Huge congratulations to our fantastic team!
