RENEWED GROWTH AND ACTIVITY IN 2020 As another year draws to a close, it´s interesting to note just how differently we´re ending 2019 compared to where we started. We began 2019 with relatively low levels of activity and softening prices in our particular market place, however, as the year chugged along and we witnessed a federal election, a Royal Commission and lowering interest rates, we´ve seen activity and interest well and truly pick up. In the last quarter of 2019 especially, our team is noticing a distinct shift in confidence from buyers and an increasing number of people enquiring about our listings - evident in the 37 sales we´ve secured in the last 31 days. While it will be interesting to see how this trend carries through into the new year, we´re confident that following recent increased activity with a significant uptick in transactions will continue as

we head into 2020. We experienced similar increased activity this time last year, however due to a number of factors, the market retreated in the New Year; this time around, we believe we have a different set of circumstances which will set the foundation for renewed growth and activity in the 2020 new year. We may even witness upward pricing pressure and increasing demand in our sector of the market. The rest of the world may hit the pause button over the Christmas period, but we are working all the way through, as in our line of business, enquiries and negotiations don´t stop pouring in simply due to holidays and celebrations. In fact if anything, they ramp up - so if you are thinking about buying or selling, please be sure to put us on your shopping list. We want to thank all of our buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants who have entrusted us with their property journey this year. It has been an absolute privilege and we look forward to an even more prosperous 2020!
