It is with sadness this week that we say goodbye to our Christ Church Centre office. Though we´ll miss the "home" we have occupied for the last 15 years, we are extremely excited about the new beginning for Caporn Young, which will see our team embrace a more centralised approach to working with buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants across Perth´s property market. The reality is, we are moving well into the 21st century, where the need to have multiple high street office locations is becoming irrelevant. In years gone by, it was essential to maintain a high-profile commercial presence but in this digital age, walk-in buyers and sellers are increasingly less common. We work in our local markets every single day and attract buyers and tenants locally, nationally and from around the world in a number of ways. They
find us via referral from past happy clients; they find our properties online, where our listings feature on all of the premier sales platforms; they connect with us via our weekly newsletters, which reach thousands of property buyers, sellers and owners; and they discover our listings in our valuable publication, Caporn Young magazine. In the weeks ahead, our offices will be moving into a central hub that Caporn Young has purchased. We feel that with our whole CY team in one location, we´ll be able to more efficiently and effectively service our clients to a higher level. We are very much looking forward to providing better amenities and state of the art functionality for our hard-working CY team in the new space, while continuing to deliver A-grade service to our valued clients. Of course, with current social distancing rules in place, some of our employees are working remotely from home offices, but all of our team members remain available to you to answer any questions or concerns, or provide upto-date market appraisals.
