Typically we have a flourish of new properties coming to the market in Spring and interestingly the number of sales decline in Spring due to supply and demand. Increased supply equates to buyers becoming a little more choosy, waiting for the absolute perfect property (which of course rarely exits) to come to market. We then typically see sales volumes increase in November and generally what is essentially a 3 week month, December is one of our bestselling months of the year.
What will Spring bring in 2020? Anybody´s guess is the answer. The saying "the past is the past and can not be changed, the future may not arrive but the present is the present", has never been truer.
