THIS BOOMING MARKET WON´T WAIT They say that good things come to those who wait, but in the current property market, the opposite may in fact be true. Buyer activity remains strong, increasing by 11% in the last week of October. And with stock levels still low - 14% lower than this time last year, to be exact - it is the perfect time to secure a sale and plan your next move. There is an enormous amount of confidence and momentum in the WA property sector right now, but this is unlikely to be sustained for the longer term.
