21 years ago, on the 13th of July, I incorporated Caporn Young at Company House. My vision was to create an agency focused on delivering the highest level of service and the best possible results and, given the wonderful testimonies we receive from our clients almost daily, I´m confident we are well on our way to achieving this. What I didn´t expect when I first launched the CY brand was the sense of pride I would feel as I watched our new team members, many with no real estate experience whatsoever, transform into amazing agents. Over the years, we´ve coached and mentored some of Perth´s best sales agents and property managers - more than any other agency, in fact. As these colleagues have moved on to building their own businesses and achieving their personal

goals, it has been humbling to watch their progress and know that we´ve been a part of making that happen.

Our current CY team is a testament to the values we´ve cemented over the years - from our directors of first impressions to our marketing and accounts team behind the scenes, to our team in the Philippines, our sales agents, leasing agents, and property managers on the ground. It´s a big call, but I´m making it - I´ve never worked with a more dedicated group of people who strive continuously for perfection in their pursuit of helping our clients achieve their property dreams. I still get so excited about coming into the office every day and working with our exceptional talent. On our 21st birthday, I´d like to thank all of our clients for entrusting us with their precious assets, and putting their faith in us. It´s truly an honour, and one we´ll never take for granted.
