DSWD Field Office seals partnership with DTI-Caraga The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) Field Office Caraga, through the Sustainable Livelihood Program (SLP), inked a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI)Caraga for a livelihood convergence project. Through the DSWDSLP, 412 profiled beneficiaries of the DTI-Pangkabuhayan para sa Pagbangon at Ginhawa (PPG) Project will be provided with the Livelihood Assistance Grant (LAG). LAG is a recovery program implemented by the DSWD which offers financial assistance to low-income families whose livelihoods were affected by the imposition of the community quarantine. The grant serves as the program participants’ seed capital fund to finance their small businesses.
