BUTUAN CITY - Regional Director Alexander Makinano of the Commission on Population and Development (POPCOM)-Caraga made public the rolling out of the Registry of Barangay Inhabitants and Migrants (RBIM) in 2020 to the participating barangay captains of the Liga ng mga Barangay Meeting - Butuan City Chapter on January 29, 2020.

Starting 2020, POPCOM-Caraga, through the City Population Office, will start orienting and implementing the RBIM in different barangays of Butuan City, registering all inhabitants and migrants in all barangays into a database. This database will be used for monitoring of residents mainly at
