Andanar to LGUs: Be vigilant, not afraid, amid health crisis MANILA – Presidential Communications Operations Office (PCOO) Secretary Martin Andanar on Friday urged the local public officials to remain vigilant and sustain the gains of the government’s hard work to combat coronavirus disease 2019 (Covid-19).
