Welcome to the

“Beautiful Woman Inside and Out” Event

Welcome, It’s Gonna Be Fabulous!

My team and I are ECSTATIC that you decided to share this day with us! Preparing for this event takes a tremendous amount of time, energy and effort; however it’s all worth it when we see the responses of our registrants. Our goal is for you to have a wonderful experience with us that is focused on making you feel as special as we know that you are. You really DESERVE this time just for you. I ask that you kick off you heels, turn the cell phone off, take a deep breath and soak it all in! This conference focuses on women from the “inside and out” and is a great blend of motivation, demonstrations, education, practical advice, and so much more! We address the WHOLE woman in a welcoming, pampering and exciting environment. The experts are simply the BEST and have prepared to give you outstanding advice on makeup, skin, hair, fashion/style, fitness, nutrition and health. Our vendors have lots of products and services just for you! This event is a “Thank You” to women and that’s why we’re constantly giving you prizes and tokens of our affection. I believe that women are often “thankless”; and that we sacrifice so much for others that we often neglect ourselves. Not today, not under my watch! Today’s event is very special for me on several levels, one of which being the launch of “Becoming a Beautiful Woman Inside and Out.” This program is designed to propel young ladies forward into womanhood by addressing their unique needs, questions and challenges. Young ladies aged 12 to 17 will engage in sessions that are exciting, motivating, esteem boosting, etiquette training and life changing! Welcome my beautiful young ladies, enjoy your day! I CHALLENGE YOU! I challenge you to really allow yourself to enjoy this day! Take in all of the sessions, workshops, vendors, meals, relaxation areas and just time with other women. I challenge you to be “selfish” for the day and focus on your “inner and outer” beauty! As I always say; I want YOU to LIVE your BEST LIFE! Our goal is to give you the tools and the motivation to keep stepping and to do it with style, class, beauty and in good health. I look forward to meeting each and every one of you, we’re gonna have a BLAST!

Dr. Sharon

With Everlasting Love and Admiration,

Tina Moore Brown, Fitness The Fitness Choreographer

Tina Moore Brown was born in Reidsville, NC and grew up dancing. Her parents enrolled her in Cindy Gill’s School of Dance at the age of eight and she quickly found out she was made to dance. After ten years of training, pageants, cheerleading competitions and dance recitals Tina knew dance would be a part of her life forever. Through dance she could express herself freely and get lost in the music. The feeling was like none other and she fell in love with her new past time. While in Reidsville, Tina danced with ABAWALA and accompanied the Reidsville High School chorus. After high school Tina attended North Carolina Central University in Durham, NC where she studied Psychology and was an NCCU Varsity Cheerleader as a freshman, sophomore and junior. Her skills as a choreographer grew as she created routines for her squad as well as a dance group on campus called EXPLOSION! An opportunity of a lifetime presented itself and Tina along with her college roommate boarded a tour bus for the Budweiser Superfest Tour as background dancers. The two toured with the likes of R. Kelly and Heavy D in the ‘90s. Still in her early 20’s, Tina landed a job in the Pharmaceutical industry and worked there for seven years but her dream job was to open a dance studio. In 2005 she started Unity Dance Center in Garner, NC where she taught young girls ballet, jazz, lyrical and exercise classes for women. The studio was put on hold when she gave birth to her first child. With pregnancy came weight gain and for the first time in her life dance served as a form of exercise. Tina was sought out and hired at a local women’s gym to teach a hip hop aerobics class and later became a member of the company’s Power Team of Instructors as well as the Master Fitness Trainer. While working at the gym, Tina came in contact with hundreds of women who’d tried almost everything and couldn’t seem to lose the weight they’d carried around for years. A new passion was discovered … wanting to change the lives of women through education, encouragement and dance. Shortly after being introduced to the fitness world there was a surge of gym closings in her area and she found herself without a job. Her entrepreneurial mind led her to rent a room and begin teaching her own classes. Tina took her love for dance and fitness and married the two thus creating DANCE N2 SHAPE – a dance-based fitness class using the hottest dance moves and popular music. Her encouraging words, sense of humor and genuine concern for women’s health makes participants want to return to her class. After teaching Dance N2 Shape classes for two years the demand became more than her schedule allowed so in 2011 Tina licensed 29 Dance N2 Shape instructors in North Carolina. Tina is a certified group fitness instructor through Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) and holds a Personal Trainer and Senior Fitness Instructor Certification through International Fitness Association (IFA). She is also CPR/First Aid certified. Dance N2 Shape brought Tina face to face with clients of all ages who no longer valued themselves as they once did. A common trend was weight gain, low self esteem, busyness, over eating and neglecting their needs. As a wife, mother of two and business owner Tina knew firsthand how women could lose themselves amongst the responsibilities of life. After hearing women talk about not looking and/or feeling their best Tina created K.I.S.S. – Keep It Sexy Sista in 2010. The purpose of K.I.S.S. is to encourage women to value themselves, boost their self esteem and remain appealing while improving their mental, emotional and physical well-being. The first K.I.S.S. session was for married women only where women danced and felt sexy again no matter what their age or size. The atmosphere was warm and inviting allowing participants to let their hair down and bond with women just like them. K.I.S.S. is now open to all women. After several K.I.S.S. Parties, meet ups and outings Tina held K.I.S.S. THE CONFERENCE in June 2012. Over 75 women attended the “Redefining Sexy” event. As she knew as a young girl in Reidsville, NC dance would forever be a part of her life. She uses her gift to help others achieve a better, healthier life and it in turn does the same for her.

Camille Allen

Dean of “Becoming a Beautiful Woman Inside and Out” Camille Allen is the daughter of a teacher and a hustler, a serial entrepreneur and intrinsically a motivator. She has started and operated roughly fifteen businesses since the age of six. She spent most of her life discovering her many talents, but with each day embracing that a discovery of such magnitude doesn’t come so easy for most. From an early age – not even on purpose – she set forth to help others find the greatness within them and open their eyes to what really is possible in life. Where she fell short was that she often put herself on the back-burner to support everyone else. In a life-altering two and a half years, she battled two cancer scares, a corporate layoff, a miscarriage, a 170-lb weight loss challenge and a near death experience with her mom (with whom she is extremely close). Embracing the title of Reinventionista™, she went from snappy to happy, from a broken single mom to a fit married matriarch and from a long time disgruntled employee to a self-employed brilliant boss. The pure lesson learned through this time in her life was the importance of self-discovery and the importance of a positive mindset. The number one lesson was that “You can’t ever really help anyone else if you aren’t able to help yourself.” Only in a fantasy world would you never have to take personal responsibility at some point. She took the easy way out by deciding to get a job after the college years – often working two or more at a time and ALWAYS working a ‘side hustle’. After two corporate layoffs and the clear need for flexibility, it became apparent to her that she would finally need to buckle down and take full time business ownership seriously. She fused her background and pure love for design, writing and communications, and her desire to support women in need of direction to create a full service branding firm for women entrepreneurs called Callen Creative Solutions™. In a short time, her brand has expanded into speaking, authoring, and training through Callen Charm School™, a charm school for business that teaches confidence, clear communications and customer care. In addition, she is proud to have founded a supportive and resourceful networking group called Beauty And Brains Entrepreneur Society (B.A.B.E.S.)™ – created to embrace the art and science of being a woman entrepreneur. Also coming is the introduction of Callen Greetings™ – greeting cards specifically for the new age entrepreneur. She strongly believes in continuous innovation and reinvention, which is not about changing who you are, but owning who you are. She takes a very serious, but humorous approach to results driven success and positivity is at the core. Often through tough love, she purposes to engage in speaking positively into the lives of everyone she come in contact with on a daily basis – from family to friends to followers. Her talents as a motivational speaker and trainer are often requested at many women’s, employee and charitable events. She happily takes these on because she understands that nobody cares what you know until they know you care. She knows that the best way to reach people is not through their stomachs, but through their hearts. She also knows that without the success of her clients, she cannot be successful. These truths drive her everyday walk and desire to pour into the lives of those who have no lack of ambition or determination, but a lack of direction. She wakes up every day with service on her mind and love in her heart.
