What is it? The Leadership Programme gives you the opportunity to work for a Member of Parliament or an NGO. You will be matched with an internship uniquely tailored to your interests and career plan.

Chief Executive, CARE
Is it for me? This 11 month graduate programme gives you a unique insight into Parliament, political advocacy and Christian leadership. It combines outstanding professional experience, Biblically-based study and a supportive Christian community.
Edinburgh and Brussels. For one day a week you participate in an intensive study programme that covers theology, Biblical worldview, political theory, professional skills and leadership skills. We help you to grapple deeply and Biblically with the issues facing you in your career.
The Leadership Programme places you in a position of real responsibility at the beginning of your career. You are involved in speech writing, research, advocacy, media engagement and public relations. Most internships are London-based and we also offer placements in
We welcome applications from Christian students or recent graduates who are serious about influencing society for Christ at a political level. Our participants are ambitious graduates who desire to put Biblical principles into practice in the workplace.

The CARE Leadership Programme is a voluntary post-graduate educational initiative. CARE offers an educational bursary to make the Programme accessible to candidates from a range of backgrounds. Participants are not asked or permitted to lobby on behalf of CARE. care.org.uk/leadershipprogramme

Participants are individually mentored throughout the year. We help foster the professional, spiritual, intellectual and relational development of each person.
