What is Dream It! Do It! ?  A campaign to help young adults find

careers that they can be passionate about in one of manufacturing's many exciting sectors. Cars or computers, music or art – there's a great job waiting for them in manufacturing.  Developed by the National Association of Manufacturing (NAM), the nation's largest industrial trade association, representing small and large manufacturers in every industrial sector and in all 50 states.


Roles/Responsibilities  Dream It! Do It!  Administer program for overall service area  Develop and maintain website  Create videos (8-minute and 30-minute

versions)  Provide CD library of career videos  Coordinate efforts of partners through local points of contact


Roles/Responsibilities  Community Colleges  Benchmark enrollment in technical courses  Duplicate CD and publications for K-12  Work with industry to advertise careers and

training using DIDI logo  Provide career kits to all recruiting personnel  Provide update on technical courses  Crosslink with DIDI website  Compile high school counselors contact list
