Experience with hiring military retirees Good work ethics Some have become very good supervisors. The employee we hired is retired from the Navy. He is very punctual and is extremely capable of carrying out all the assignments given to him. He is also very team oriented and helps pull together the workers when accomplishing bigger tasks. Throughout my career in HR, I have found that ex-military residents typically make excellent employees. They are very disciplined and pay tremendous attention to detail. They are very teachable and willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Most of them have extraordinary teamwork skills and are very good leaders. Very well disciplined We have so few it is difficult to access Wonderful!!!
