RESTAURANTS & BARS: There is a fantastic selection of exquisite signature restaurants, bars and outdoor lounge terraces that overlook a panorama of expansive sea views and mountainous Corfiot landscape. Foodies will be delighted to discover Botrini’s, the signature fine-dining restaurant at the heart of the hotel, personally curated by Michelin-star chef Ettore Botrini. The signature restaurant, Ruen Romsai, is open for breakfast, Sofrito is open daily for lunch and dinner and offers Mediterranean dishes created by executive chef Tasos Andriotis, the President of the Corfu Chef’s club. Koh is an Asian Fusion restaurant open for dinner. The pool bar serves cocktails, snacks and smoothies from morning until the evening and at the private beach, Emerald Beach Bar, there’s also restaurant serving Mediterranean snacks and a resident DJ at weekends.
FACILITIES: Amongst Angsana Corfu’s luxurious facilities, there is the main outdoor infinity pool, an indoor heated pool as well as a kids’ pool to bring the fun of poolside life to every guest. With a state-ofthe-art gym and yoga sunrise desk, guests can make use the facilities at their leisure, or have a fitness programme designed. There is plenty for the kids with the Ranger’s Club suitable for ages 4-12yrs.
