The Caribbean Community (CARICOM) Regional Aid for Trade Strategy is a tool for creating consensus among CARICOM Member States and the CARICOM Secretariat on priorities for ensuring a growing and more diversified regional economy. The strategy presents a coherent approach to resource mobilisation that will send a strong signal to donors, in- vestors, and international development part- ners that the region has a clear sense of how it can best utilise existing and future resources.
