YOUTH FITNESS SWIMMING

Designed for experienced swimmers who are ready to take their skills to the next level. Instructors will help swimmers perfect their technique in all four competitive strokes, while guiding them through workouts to build their endurance in the water. CFD HOSTS SAFESITTER AT THE MCC

Safe Sitter® classes teach youth life and safety skills for when they are home alone or babysitting. AMERICAN RED CROSS CLASSES

LIFEGUARDING, BLENDED LEARNING

Learn vital life-saving skills in and out of the water. This blended learning course combines online learning and in-person skills training. Completion of this week-long online course and 2-day in-person skills training will earn you an American Red Cross Lifeguarding and CPR/AED/First Aid for the professional rescuer certification. Registration will close one week before the scheduled in-person training. You must be able to attend all scheduled classes for the session and you must complete the online portion before the start of the scheduled class dates.

ADULT AND PEDIATRIC FIRST AID/CPR/AED

This American Red Cross course trains lay responders to act in emergency situations. Recognize and care for life threatening respiratory or cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants. It also provides lay responders the knowledge and skills necessary to give care in an emergency, help sustain life and minimize the consequences of injury or sudden illness until medical help arrives.
