Camp Cost + Payment Information

The cost of each camp week includes a $50 nonrefundable deposit due at registration. The $50 deposit is applied to the weekly camp fee. See table below for the weekly cost of each camp.

SCIENCE OF SUMMER

IN THE ZONE

Welcome to In the Zone! This camp is designed for beginners to those campers who have played in a sport less than one year. Campers will learn the basics of the weekly sports theme including the importance of teamwork and sportsmanship! This entry level camp is designed for campers who have an interest in a particular sport but not a lot of experience playing. Join us for an exciting summer of high energy sports and get In the Zone!

Welcome to Chillville, a summer camp experience designed specifically for older kids! At Chillville, we focus on creating a fun environment where campers can explore their interests, make new friends, and enjoy a variety of activities that blend creativity, adventure, and exploration. Each week offers a unique theme that brings a fresh set of activities and experiences, ensuring that every camper finds something they love. In addition to other fun activities, we’ll have weekly cookouts, visits to Westermeier Commons playground, and time to hang with friends.

I.M.P.A.C.T

Are you a young adult seeking responsibility? Do you want to serve as a positive role model? The I.M.P.A.C.T. program is your opportunity to take that next step toward your leadership goals. You will participate in weekly training, team building and/or activities that focus on the six program elements: Initiative, Motivation, Professionalism, Achievement, Compassion, and Teamwork. Interested individuals will interview to become a member of I.M.P.A.C.T. If selected, you will be assigned to one of the following day camps: STEAM Team, The Summer Experience, Under the Sun, Vacation Vibes, Science of Summer, Adventures in Art, Camp Wayback, Expedition Discovery, or Kids at Play. There will be an I.M.P.A.C.T. retreat day toward the end of the summer where all I.M.P.A.C.T. campers will meet at the Monon Community Center for the day.

Submitting Your Application

Please submit the application within EZChildTrack if interested. The application will open for returning 2024 I.M.P.A.C.T. campers on Jan. 1st at 9 AM and on Feb. 1st at 9 AM for new campers. All submitted applications are in pending status until reviewed and approved by the ESE administrative staff. The selected “Home Site” and Camp Location Choices are not guaranteed as space is limited at each site and within the program as a whole.
