Walk the lot with one of River’s Edge Milton Luxury Builders to get a good overview of the lot you are purchasing and to discuss the style and layout of the custom residence you wish to build...
Set up a preliminary design meeting with Harrison & Design to go over the architectural guidelines, covenants for the community, design options you wish to build. If you have an architect in mind please bring the architect with you to this first meeting and if you have chosen your builder, please have your builder also attend this first meeting. Your builder will be with you every step of the way to help you with the building process and designing of your new residence. Your builder is a valuable assets to help to keep you within budget and help you with the design phase along with your architect...
Design your new residence Once your plans are drawn your architect will submit the new residence plans for approval to Harrison & Design and River’s Edge HOA for approval. Once approved an engineer will draw up the engineering plans for your residence and site plan for submittal to the City of Milton for approval. Your builder will handle this process for you and be there for you every step of the way...

Move into your new home and enjoy! Your builder will go over any items needing to be addressed for the first few months if any and again will go over a year’s punch list with you once you have lived in the home for the first 10 to 11 months.
