If you’ve been struggling to make sales, more than likely your ad copy is to blame. But don’t worry because it’s not your fault. You can actually write more effective ads for your own products, just like those highly paid copywriters do. But to properly understand advertising, you need to learn how to start with the right conception. You need to emphasize the point that the purpose of advertising is to make sales. Advertising is a multiplied salesmanship as it may appeal to thousands of people that is why every ad should be effective as possible. Some of the tips that you need to do is to focus on your prospect, not you. Write what’s in for them. You write about your company’s background, your products and services but it should be expressed in a way that matters to your potential customer. Next is you need to emphasize the benefits of your products. Those features that mean to your prospects. When you do this, you’re focusing on your reader on his interests and desires. It is very important to know the wants, needs and desires of your prospects. You also need to increase the too good to be true mentality as well as the perception of believability by using the tried and tested method such as emphasizing the trust if you’re dealing with your existing customers. Also include a testimonial of your satisfied customers, credit all sources when you write with research facts to support your claims. Have a unique selling position. In other words, make your product and services unique from your competitors. You need to have the lowest price, superior quality, superior service, and exclusive rights.

Having a catchy and interesting headline can convince people to read your post. So, always make the most compelling headlines. When you write a post, you only need to include as much information as you need to make the sale. Remember, the more you TELL, the more you SELL. Having a good layout is very important in a sales letter. Some folks will scan through your letter so I suggest you write short sentences and paragraphs with white space and subheads just like this post! Your ad also needs to have the Attention, Interest, Desire, Action and Satisfy. First, you need to capture your prospect’s attention using your headline and leads. Then, build a strong interest in your prospect in order to keep him reading. You never knew, he might buy your product. Next is to have a desire by having a targeted market where your prospect will experience the desire for your product or service. Finally, you need to have a call to action. Urge the reader of a sales promotion to take immediate actions such as click here or call now! In the end, after the sale is being made, you need to satisfy your prospect who is now your customer. If you can truly satisfy your customers, it will surely make you a lot of MONEY. Always remember to write better advertisements in order to get more customers. It’s a simple, old, easy and effective technique. You need to measure the success of your advertising campaigns in an effort to ensure you know what works and what doesn’t work. EFFECTIVE ADVERTISING combines the power of words and being able to appeal to the desires of your target consumers.
