Radim is the energy and vision that leads Caron across all market sectors. A true advocate for intelligent design, Radim founded Caron to provide comprehensive services to fully support clients’ dynamic real estate ventures. He directs the overall design vision and business strategy that clearly differentiates Caron from its competitors. Driven to lead a client value-focused architecture firm and to help clients navigate a clear route through the complex processes of development, Radim inspires his team to raise the standard of design with an unwavering creative energy, strength, and determination. His goal is to bring forth a unified solution to suit clients’ diverse investment challenges and opportunities. A Miami University alumnus with NCARB certification, Radim has designed projects around the world and is a registered architect licensed to practice in Washington, Alaska, Michigan, Oregon, California, Hawaii and Nevada.

As the first appointed Principal at Caron, Joel is responsible for the quality of service and product that leave the Caron office. His leadership style is based on integrity, accountability, fairness and cohesive communication. Vested in the professional growth of his staff and success of his clients, Joel is in charge of the business operations of the firm, from ensuring adequate staffing and quality assurance/ control of all contractual documents and technical drawings. The Caron team, along with clients and consultants, respect Joel’s diligent and detail-oriented work ethic. He reinforces Caron’s policies on a daily basis to ensure that clients receive only the top-quality service. Joel’s expertise is in the technical aspects of architectural and interior design, entitlement and construction. Joel has worked on commercial, mixed-use and hospitality projects located throughout Washington. He is a registered architect licensed to practice in Washington with NCARB certification.

Located in the heart of Seale’s Denny Triangle neighborhood, the 8 Tower will provide a Class A property located in close proximity to the Amazon campus. e unique location offers unobstructed views of Lake Union, the Space Needle, Seale’s Downtown Skyline and Ellio Bay. e tower will provide approximately 350-450 market rate residential and penthouse apartments consisting of a mix of one-bedroom, two-bedroom and studio units. Amenities include a residential lobby on street level, indoor/outdoor lounge, fitness center, pet area and rooop dining area.

THE CHARTER HOTEL S E AT T L E , WA

Part of Hilton’s Curio Collection, e Charter Hotel will be a 16-story, 175,000-square-foot hotel with 229 guest rooms, a 3,700-square-foot event space, a 2,500-square-foot fitness center, a restaurant space and exclusive rooop lounge. As associated architect, Caron Architecture is responsible for design guidelines and for the seeing the project through the City of Seale’s permiing and entitlement process. TWO LINCOLN SQUARE BELLE VUE , WA

Located in Bellevue, WA, this mixed-use high-rise development will include a hotel apartment tower consisting of 253 residential units on 28 floors and a 253–room hotel on 10 floors; a 33–story office tower and a three–level podium offering retail, restaurant, office and hotel spaces. Amenities include meeting rooms, a green roof on podium level and 6 levels of underground parking with 1,822 stalls. Project completed by Caron staff member Pragnesh Parikh while at Sclater Architects in collaboration with HKS Architects.

Strategically located near the Washington State Convention Center expansion project, the proposed 46-story hotel and residential tower will provide a four-star, 248-key luxury hotel and approximately 469 market rate residential apartments consisting of a mix of 1-bedroom, 2-bedroom and upper-level two-story townhomes aording terrific views of Puget Sound, the Olympic Mountains and the Space Needle. Amenities include: meeting rooms, a TV lounge, hotel services and indoor/outdoor amenity areas for hotel and residential use.

THE CENTRAL APARTMENTS S E AT T L E , WA

Conveniently located at the corner of E. Union St. and 23rd Ave. in Seale’s Central District, along an arterial with direct access to Seale Central College and University of Washington, this 100,000 square-foot, mixed-use project provides 92 affordable market-rate units in a mixed configuration of studio, 1 and 2 bedrooms and includes 74 parking spaces. Amenities include a resident lounge and a large roof deck surrounded by a green roof.

e Tacoma Town Center is a multi-phase mixed-use urban infill development as part of the city of Tacoma master plan to improve areas south of downtown. Phase one of the project consists of 240K sf of retail space, 160 market rate housing units and office space surrounding a retail plaza formed by the vacation of a city street. e plaza includes an important connection of the city of Tacoma’s master bike path plan to the University of Washington Tacoma campus. Phase two includes plans for 260 housing units and street-level retail space in two separate structures over a common below-grade parking garage.

Awarded the ABC Excellence in Construction Award for the Mixed-Use Construction Category, this mixed-use apartment building houses 64 residential units above a 3,500-square-foot commercial space. The design incorporates wood car decking reclaimed from the original structure and can be found in various patterns throughout the building.

Located across from the Westminster Plaza and near the core of Shoreline Transit stops, Potala Shoreline will be one of the newest private housing development projects in Shoreline, WA. î ‰is two-building, six-story, 398,101-square-foot mixed-use development will consist of 309 units (two bedrooms, one bedrooms and studios) 297 parking spaces and 199 bike parking spaces.

Meet the greenest home on the block. is Built Green Emerald Star certified home in Ballard is a first for the city of Seale. In collaboration with Dwell Development LLC, this three-story, 2,218 square-foot home was designed with reclaimed Douglas Fir for exterior siding and 100-year-old hand-sawn, mixed hardwood for flooring. Countertops and wall tiles are made of high-recycled-content material. e home also features rooop photovoltaic panels and a state-of-the-art heat pump designed to use 78 percent less energy than standard hot water systems.

Parc West is an eight-townhouse community located at the crest of the Phinney Ridge neighborhood in Seale, right across the street from the Woodland Park Zoo. e challenging slope of the site required the construction of a shared parking garage that spans under each of the four duplexes. Each unit has access to a communal courtyard as well as private rooop decks with spectacular views of the Olympic Mountains.

e Orcas House draws on the principles of traditional Japanese courtyard house design in response to a private wooded landscape overlooking the Harney Channel. e house unfolds in a series of layers drawing visitors in from outside to the innermost secluded courtyard through a formal entry and hall which provide a naturallylighted space to display the owner’s collection of Japanese and Chinese art. Glimpses of the manicured garden and natural vistas can be hidden or put on full display by adjusting the shoji screens in each room, pushing the viewers sense of space out into the surrounding landscape.
