PR Specialist: Monica Hill Client: SAMPLE ARTIST PACKAGES Objective: To establish understanding for the client of all fees associated with services offer by the company. # of Customized packages offered: 3 Notes: BOOKING INFO All packages come with booking and management services, which includes arranging feature appearances and the common fee for all booking/mgmt. services is 10% , excluding international booking which is 15%. Therefore, all performances/appearances made by the artist, during the duration of the contract, will be endowed to Carpe Diem Communications (CDC) first, then the artist, after the deduction of such service fees and any pre­ approved, incurred expenses in the act of representation. REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT All packages are subject to an up front (50% of the pkg. price) refundable deposit for the interim of the contract. If, within 90 days of receipt of the deposit, the services are not met to the extent of which they are presented, by obligation of CDC 50% of the deposited funds will be returned to the client, after the deduction of incurred expenses, and then the contract is null and void.
