INVITATION MEXICAN INDEPENDENCE DAY CELEBRATION 2014 Celebrating the Most Patriotic Day for Mexicans! On Saturday September 13th, the Mexican Community is celebrating in Calgary the Independence of Mexico. And Yes! It is not Cinco de Mayo. Casa Mexico in Alberta Foundation is organizing “EL GRITO” Mexican Independence Day Celebration, the most patriotic day for Mexicans, which will take place on Saturday September 13, 2014 at the Calgary Chinese Cultural Centre in downtown Calgary. This is a free family oriented event that will start at 12 P.M. and will conclude at 7:00 P.M. The celebration will include diverse activities, live entertainment, and authentic Mexican food to expose the Mexican culture to the Canadian and Mexican audience. Live entertainment will include original ranchero Mexican music and traditional folklore performances from different regions of Mexico. Everybody is welcome to attend!!
