‘ANOTHER VISION FOR CERAMIC DESIGN.’ Using the simplicity of a postcode to identify their place of belonging. A creative young team that understand the importance of research and contents for excellent ceramics. They focus on three guidelines: the past, for memory and prior knowledge not to forget; the present, for aesthetic; the future, for technological research.

‘They call themselves storytellers’.

SUNDAY Sunday is a container of shapes and figures in six dusty colour shades with two sizes: 20x20 & 10x20. Five different interpretations on the theme in the decorative field: from the random geometry of Sunset, to the patterned fabric Check, to the glass material of Glass, to finish with a play on shades in Tessellate.

‘Just chilling with nothing else to do!’

The result;

truly eye-catching contemporary spaces

BISCUIT Six opaque, gentle, geometrical and three-dimensional surfaces; designed to create architectural spaces, using wall tiles that are brought to life by light and shadow. A small size, 5x20 cm - 2”x8”, available in two basic colours; white and earth brown.

A product of this is ; Glass blocks. A collection of two materials merging into one. Mimicking the effect of semitransparent glass onto ceramics, with four colour options, in a 20x20cm format. This collection creates an interesting geometric pattern with layers of depth & colour allowed to flourish by the ultrahigh-tech digital printing technologies at the factory.

PAINT-IT Paint-it, is light, ironic & carefree This collection proposes a coloured ceramic wood. The opaque and soft white background features pastel grains, in 4 colours: yellow green, pink, blue and 2 neutral shades of black & white. Offered in 3 sizes to give greater impetus to the grain and cut against the grain. A typical rustic wood cut but interpreted with pale colours. Different combinations of sizes and colours are possible, all to be interpreted.

MUTINA UNVEILS MUTINA, SURFACE MATTERS, 2018

L ANE Lane is the result of a conceptual analysis of colour, interpreted through a detailed study of the neighborhoods and architectures of London. A city that has always been a source of inspiration for designers Lane is composed of 3 versions: Base, Poly and Mono. The Base version comprises 5 colour palettes, each of which is formed by a mix of different

tones. A number of strong colours stand out against the background shade, added to Poly are a number of elements in contrast to the previous ranges, while Mono is the optical version and comes in White and Black only. The collection comes in the 7.9 x 16 cm size and is suitable for both indoor and outdoor settings, on both floors and walls.

Mono

PRIMAVERA Primavera is the contrast between the natural element and the artificial world, translated into ceramic. The

designers have reproduced a slab that resembles a natural element with all its irregularities, perceptible to

sight and touch, by throwing small coloured ceramic inserts in a completely random way on five different mixture

bases. This allows beautiful imperfections to emerge on the surface of the tiles, creating a unique and always different

texture. The collection will be available in 12x240cm, 120x120cm and 40x120cm formats.

cut into a strip tile. By changing the formatting of the tiles and the prominence of the grout joints, this creates a stylistic, subtle feature on one wall.

Our Mestieri, large-format porcelain slabs, were used in the Master Suite creating space inundated with irregular textures, tones & forms.

The movement of the design on the tile gives the impression of a timeworn plaster whilst expressing an element of modern art.

In light of this we proposed our ‘Kirby’ porcelain tile, which emulates the characteristics of natural stone.

These subway tiles have been paired with our ‘Grey Lily Pad’ encaustic tiles, which ties the different products together.

This statement chimney breast feature compliments the clients house perfectly. Mixing both old and new together to create a revolutionary style. The tiles on the chimney breast are from our Diesel Living range ‘Stage’ in our ‘Rust Drip Red’.

The bright, oxidised subway tiles contrast fantastically with the dark tones of the Lily Pad which makes the chimney stand out as the feature. Another detail is how Sian has integrated the hexagon shape

encaustic tiles into the natural wood chevrons. The combination of the rather masculine Diesel tiles & the more effeminate Lily Pad tiles creates a unique look for this Edwardian home. WE DON’T DO BORING. In this unique bathroom, the client wanted a contemporary look, with a stylistic approach. To achieve this, our awardwinning ‘Futura’ range, was laid on the floor. This collection lends its self to the Bauhaus design era, using basic shapes and

subdued colours to create geometric patterns.

The Futura was laid in a random sequence, with plain tiles to enhance the Bauhaus style even further, without creating an intense design.

Paired with a plain wall tile and black grout which creates a contrast, allowing the shapes to present as a feature and mimic some of the grid lines within the floor tiles.
