The Family support service was set up to create a safe, confidential and non-judgemental space for family members of drug users to come to share common issues on coping with drug use within the family unit. Family support is generally understood as the provision of services and interventions that support families in carrying out their normal functions. This service is centred on counselling, advice workshops and key working interventions. Family support workers are there to strengthen family members to cope with issues arising from drug use in the family/home. If you are experiencing the effects of addiction in the family, there is help available here. Casadh offers a free and confidential service to the local community. Please contact Jessica Walsh in confidence at 01-4548419 or call in person to our premises in Newmarket Square.
