Il prodotto deve essere assolutamente inerte, non deve contenere materie prime nocive, radioattive o metalli pesanti come cadmio o piombo, è pertanto un prodotto in accordo con le tecniche della bioarchitettura. Il retro del materiale deve evidenziare il naturale taglio a sega circolare, i bordi e gli spigoli della superficie sono rettilinei. Il materiale è completamente vetrificato e deve essere classificato nel gruppo BIa secondo la norma ISO 13006. Il materiale deve rispondere a tutti i requisiti di prodotto previsti dalla norma ISO 10545. Specificatamente deve resistere al gelo (ISO 10545/12); agli sbalzi termici (ISO 10545/9); all’attacco acido e basico (ISO 10545/13); possedere un valore di assorbimento d’acqua (ISO 10545/3) inferiore a 0,5%; ottenere una resistenza a flessione (ISO 10545/4) pari o superiore a 35 N/mm2; risultare non macchiabile da agenti sporcanti alimentari secondo CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA). The material must be absolutely inert and shall contain no harmful, radioactive raw materials or heavy metals such as cadmium or lead. This completely vitrified material must be classified in the BIa group in compliance with the ISO 13006 standard. It must meet all the product requirements set forth in the ISO 10545 standard. Specifically, it must be resistant to frost (ISO 10545/12), thermal shock (ISO 10545/9) and aggression by acids and bases (ISO 10545/13). It must feature a water absorption value (ISO 10545/3) of less than 0,5%; it must achieve a resistance to bending stress (ISO 10545/4) greater or equal to 35 N/mm2. Es muss also den technischen Anforderungen der Bioarchitektur entsprechen. Die Rückseite des Materials soll den natürlichen Kreissägenschnitt ausweisen, die Ränder und Ecken der Oberfläche sollen gerade sein. Das Material ist absolut verglast und muss entsprechend ISO 13006 in die BlaGruppe eingestuft werden. Es hat allen durch ISO 10545 vorgesehenen Anforderungen zu entsprechen. Im einzelnen muss es frostbeständig (ISO 10545/12), widerstandsfähig gegen Temperaturschwankungen (ISO 10545/9), säure- und laugenbeständig (ISO 10545/13) sein. El reverso del material ha de mostrar el natural corte de sierra circular, así como los bordes y aristas de la superficie rectilíneos. El material, completamente vitrificado, debe presentar una absorción de agua inferior al 0,5% y tiene que estar clasificado dentro del grupo BIa de acuerdo con la norma ISO 13006. Además debe cumplir con todos los requisitos que la norma ISO 10545 exige a los productos. Concretamente, ha de ser resistente a las heladas (ISO 10545/12), los cambios bruscos de temperatura (ISO 10545/9) y a la acción de ácidos y bases (ISO 10545/13); tiene que poseer un valor de absorción de agua (ISO 10545/3) inferior al 0,5% y presentar una resistencia a la flexión (ISO 10545/4) igual o superior a los 35 N/mm2; no ha de poder ser manchado por agentes alimentarios que puedan ensuciar, según el criterio CTI-81-7 (Ceramic Tile Institute, USA).
