The KOUZINA culinary festival KOUZINA is the premier culinary event of the year in Eastern Halkidiki! If yes, the choice is only one and it is called «Street food Cantin Karagatsia». It is located in Karagatsia Beach in Ammouliani, in a solitary and heavenly beach! Enjoy homemade street food, served by the magical hands of chef Yiannis Angeloudas, who is also a teacher in gastronomy. With origin from Ammouliani, Yiannis follows the islands gastronomic heritage. Choose grilled food and enjoy your swimming time in the most different way! After all, Karagatsia is the most peaceful summery choice of the island! Giannis and his colleges from DELTA 360 will proved their dynamic possibilities through the today's street food menu – an epitome of the sea taste!

Menu THE CAREFREE FEAST OF THE SEA FOOD Anchovy* rouland, marinade with tonato cream and cucumber syrup Seviche lenge ole tingre with guacamole watermelon Sea anemone meatballs with antaluz Fresh fish toast with fruit, egg salad and zucchini Hot Dog shrimp with fig pickle and velde sauce Cuttlefish in the hull with greens and their ink Xalva with armyriki Orange ice cream with turmeric with crispy leaf (*The fish and the seafood of Mount Athos are renowned for their exquisite flavor. The reason they are so different from the rest is that the waters of the bay are deep and clean, as the area has many sea currents and there are no organized cultivations to affect it. Thus, our seafood is caught in very deep waters, with the highest salinity in Greece, and rich in plankton and clean food, since no rivers or streams end up in the bay to disturb the balance of the water composition)
