Village International n. 215 (Pantiero side)
Catalan Films & TV is the programme that promotes the internationalisation of Catalan audiovisual companies, establishing local, national and international links and promoting the presence of Catalan producers and companies in markets and festivals. We are present at every stage in the life of a Catalan film abroad: from development in pitchings, co-production forums or international markets to its selection by recognised festivals and its screening in a market. This year we are extremely proud to celebrate the talent and success of our industry with
three films selected at Cannes Film Festival: La mort de Louis XIV, by Albert Serra, at Official Selection, Special Screenings. Timecode, by Juanjo Giménez, short film at the Official Selection. And last but not least Neruda, by Pablo Larraín, selected at Quinzaine des Réalisateurs. We invite you to have a look at the following pages of this booklet and discover our amazing industry present at the Festival and Market. Great films and talented producers wait for you in Pavillion number 215, Village International (Pantiero side). Come and discover Catalonia, a country for films!
