Les restaurants, garants d’une tradition culinaire tout autant que de notre bien-être alimentaire, trouveront dans Madeleine la finesse d’une porcelaine fabriquée avec le plus grand soin en France, dans nos ateliers. La collection rend hommage à un personnage marquant de l’histoire de la manufacture, Ma(g)deleine Carrier qui épousa Pierre Revol : tous deux sont à l'origine de la création de notre premier atelier en 1768.
The Madeleine collection, adorned in alabaster white, the signature of the manufacture, is a tribute to comforting cuisine. Restaurants, guardians of culinary tradition and our nutritional well-being, will find in Madeleine the refinement of porcelain crafted with the utmost care in France, in our workshops. This collection pays tribute to a key figure in the history of the manufacture, Ma(g)deleine Carrier, who married Pierre Revol, both of whom founded our first workshop in 1768.

ARTICLE 1 – Champ d’application – Opposabilité
Toute commande de produits (ci-après « Produits ») passée à la Société REVOL (ci-après désignée « REVOL ») implique l’adhésion entière et sans réserve du Client aux présentes conditions générales à l’exclusion de tout autre document. Notamment, le Client déclare renoncer expressément à ses propres conditions générales d’achat. Les conditions générales de vente (CGV) ci-dessous sont extraites des CGV REVOL complètes disponibles sur simple demande.
ARTICLE 2 – Commandes
2.1. Le montant minimum de commande s’élève à quatre cents (400) euros HT. Toute commande d’un montant inférieur ne pourra être prise en compte hors complément de commande. Pour toute commande entre 400 et 750 € : paiement d’avance + 30 € de participation aux frais de gestion. 2.2. Toute commande du Client doit être rédigée sur papier clairement identifié avec l'en-tête de la société cliente, et doit obligatoirement être passée par écrit (e-mail, courrier) et mentionner l’adresse de livraison et de facturation, le numéro de commande, la date de commande, les références « code commande » à 6 chiffres, la quantité des Produits commandés et le prix à l’unité déterminé par REVOL. Une commande comportant des informations incomplètes ou erronées risquerait d’entraîner des erreurs ou des retards qui ne pourraient être imputés à REVOL. Une commande ne sera réputée acceptée qu’à compter de l’envoi par REVOL de la confirmation de commande valant contrat ou de son exécution. Dans les 48 heures ouvrées suivant l’envoi de cette confirmation, le Client peut, le cas échéant, relever des différences entre sa commande et la confirmation. A défaut, seule la confirmation fera foi, notamment s’agissant du prix et des délais de livraison. Pour toute commande passée hors U.E, le client s’engage à fournir à REVOL la liste des documents d’exportation requis. REVOL ne pourra être tenue pour responsable en cas de non-respect de nouvelles règles non notifiées à la commande.
2.3. Les devis établis par REVOL sont valables trente (30) jours à compter de leur date d'émission, sauf stipulation contraire.
2.4. Toute demande d’échantillon fera l’objet d’une facturation supplémentaire au titre desdits échantillons et des frais de livraison y afférents.
2.5. Toute demande de modification d’une commande acceptée ne pourra être prise en compte par REVOL dans un délai de cinq (5) jours ouvrables précédent la date d’expédition figurant sur la confirmation de commande.
ARTICLE 3 – Prestations
Pour toute commande de prestation (personnalisation, fabrication sur mesure), les obligations de REVOL dépendent de la mission qui lui a été confiée et font référence aux conditions générales de ventes REVOL complètes disponibles sur simple demande.

ARTICLE 1 – Applicability – Enforceability
Orders for all products (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) sold by Société REVOL (hereinafter referred to as “REVOL”) are subject to the Client’s complete agreement to these General Terms & Conditions of Sale, to the exclusion of any other document. In particular, the Client agrees to explicitly renounce its own general terms and conditions of purchase. The General Terms & Conditions of Sale (GTCS) contained here are taken from REVOL’s complete GTCS, which are available upon request.
ARTICLE 2 – Orders
2.1. The minimum value of an order is four hundred (400) euros excluding VAT. Any order totaling less than that amount will not be accepted unless accompanied by another order. For any order totaling between 400 € and 750 €, payment + 30 € (handling fee) is required in advance.
2.2. All orders from the Client must be written on company letterhead and be placed in writing by email or postal mail ; all orders from the Client must include billing address, order number, order date, the numerical 6-digit product reference codes, quantities ordered, and unit prices as determined by REVOL. REVOL cannot be held liable for errors or delays caused by orders containing incomplete or incorrect information. An order will be considered accepted only after REVOL has sent an acknowledgement of the order which shall be tantamount to a contract or to the order’s execution. Within 48 business hours following the sending of this acknowledgement, the Client may, when necessary, indicate discrepancies between the order and the acknowledgement. Failing this, only the order acknowledgement will be valid, particularly regarding prices and shipping dates. For any order placed outside of the EU, the Client undertakes to provide REVOL with the list of required exportation documents. REVOL cannot be held liable in the event of failure to comply with new regulations not mentioned in the order.
2.3. REVOL’s quotations are valid 30 days, from the date on the quotation.
2.4. Any requests for samples will be subject to additional invoicing as well as associated shipping fees.
2.5. Any changes to an acknowledged order will not be accepted by REVOL if they are received less than 5 business days before the shipping date appearing on the order acknowledgement.
ARTICLE 3 – Services
REVOL’s obligations for additional services (personalization, custom manufacturing) will depend on the nature of the service, and must be in accordance with REVOL’s complete General Terms & Condition of Sales, available upon request.
ARTICLE 4 – Livraison – Risques
4.1. Le délai moyen entre la formation du contrat conformément à l’article 2, et la livraison des Produits, conformément à l’article 4.2., est de trois (3) semaines. Ces délais de livraison ne sont donnés qu’à titre indicatif, et le Client ne saurait s’en prévaloir pour revendiquer l’annulation de la commande, des pénalités ou indemnités, et ou un refus de paiement du prix. 4.2. Les Produits sont vendus Ex Works St-Uze - Incoterms® 2020 (ICC) à l’intérieur de l’U.E. et FCA St-Uze (Incoterms® 2020 / ICC) hors U.E., avec une participation forfaitaire de 59€ aux frais de dédouanement export (Ydne), qui fera l’objet d’une ligne de facturation séparée. Les marchandises voyagent aux risques et périls du destinataire.
Si REVOL prend à sa charge le transport jusqu’au lieu indiqué sur l’accusé de réception de commande signé par le Client, c’est au seul titre de mandataire du Client. Les frais de livraison sont donc intégralement refacturés au Client. Selon l’Incoterm retenu, Incoterms® 2020 (ICC), le Client peut être tenu responsable pour tout dommage occasionné durant le transport.
Le Client supporte tout dommage occasionné après réception des Produits vendus.
4.3. Le Client s’engage à contrôler les Produits lors de la livraison. A l’arrivée, le client doit émettre les réserves d’usage sur le bon de livraison pour être autorisé à faire valoir, auprès du transporteur, les dommages qu’il pourrait constater. Toute réclamation de marchandise pour être valable, doit être confirmée sous 48h suivant la réception, par courrier recommandé avec A/R auprès du transporteur. Toutes les PIECES Revol sont minutieusement contrôlées en sortie de fabrication ; pour toute réclamation qualité, merci de nous faire parvenir une photo de la PIECE défectueuse, ainsi que le N° de contrôle indiqué sur l’étiquette du produit. Revol se réserve le droit de rappeler les pièces concernées jusqu'à la résolution de la réclamation.
ARTICLE 5 – Prix
5.1. La facturation est faite sur la base des prix figurant au tarif en vigueur, lequel sera communiqué parallèlement aux présentes sur simple demande ou, le cas échéant, est celui figurant sur le contrat formé conformément aux articles 2.2 et 2.3 ci-dessus (devis accepté ou commande confirmée).
5.2. Sauf convention contraire, le prix s’entend en euros, net, hors taxe, et EX WORKS Saint-Uze ou FCA Saint-Uze, donc hors frais de port (art. 4.2).
5.3 REVOL se réserve le droit de modifier ses tarifs à tout moment. Dans tous les cas, REVOL communiquera au Client les nouveaux tarifs dès qu’ils seront disponibles.
ARTICLE 6 – Conditions de paiement
6.1. Dispositions générales. Les conditions de paiement sont les suivantes : - pour toute commande dont le montant est compris entre quatre cents euros (400 €) HT et sept cent cinquante euros (750 €) HT, le Client devra payer d’avance les Produits, à la commande. Le prix sera celui figurant sur le bon de commande ou au devis accepté conformément à l’article 2, majoré d’une somme forfaitaire de trente euros (30 €) au titre de la participation du Client aux frais de gestion.
- pour toute commande supérieure à sept cent cinquante euros (750 €) HT, le prix est payable dans un délai de soixante (60) jours à compter de la date d’émission de la facture.
6.3. Aucun escompte ne sera consenti en cas de paiement anticipé.
ARTICLE 4 – Shipping – Risks
4.1. The average lead time between the issuance of the contract in accordance with article 2, and the shipping of Products, in accordance with article 4.2, is three (3) weeks. This lead time is given for guidance only. The Client may not use different lead times to cancel the order, impose penalties or indemnities, or to refuse payment.
4.2. For orders placed from within the EU, products are sold Ex Works St-Uze - Incoterms® 2020 (ICC).
For all orders placed from outside the EU, FCA St Uze incoterm (Incoterms ® 2020 / ICC) applies; a €59 flat fee covering the Export Customs Clearance Fee will appear as a separate line on our invoice. Shipping is the recipient’s entire responsibility and REVOL cannot be held responsible for any damage to goods in transit.
If REVOL agrees to pay for transport to the place indicated on its quotation for transport, it is acting only as an agent for the Client. Transports costs will be re-invoiced to the Client. Depending on the Incoterm selected, Incoterms® 2020 (ICC), the Client may be held responsible for any damage that the sold products may incur in transit.
The Client will be held responsible for any damage occurred to the sold Products after reception.
4.3. The Client undertakes to inspect the Products upon arrival. The Client must detail any discrepancy on the delivery slip in order to make valid claims of damage to the carrier. Any claims regarding merchandise must be made within 48 hours of delivery, by post recorded delivery, to the carrier. All Revol products are carefully inspected following manufacturing; for any quality complaint, please send a photograph of the defective product, as well as the Quality Control Number indicated on the product’s label. Revol reserves the right to require that defective products be returned for review and examination until the claim has been resolved.
ARTICLE 5 – Price
5.1. Billing is made on the basis of the current price list, which may be communicated in parallel with the present GTCS upon request, or, on the prices specified in the contract formed in accordance with articles 2.2. and 2.3. above (accepted quotation or acknowledged order).
5.2. Unless otherwise agreed, prices are expressed in euros (€), net, excluding VAT, and EX WORKS Saint-Uze or FCA Saint-Uze, Incoterms® 2020 (ICC), and therefore exclude shipping (art. 4.2.).
5.3. REVOL reserves the right to change prices at any time. In all cases, REVOL will communicate the new prices to the Client as soon as they are available.
ARTICLE 6 – Terms of Payment
6.1. General Provisions. Terms of payment are as follows: - for any order to the value of between four hundred euros (400 €) excluding VAT and seven hundred and fifty euros (750 €) excluding VAT, payment must be made in advance, upon ordering. The prices will be those listed on the purchase order or the accepted quotation, according to article 2, together with a flat handling fee of 30 €.
6.4. Retard de paiement : tout retard de paiement entraîne l’application d’intérêts de retard équivalents au triple du taux d’intérêt légal de l’année en cours fixé par la Banque Centrale Européenne, ainsi que le paiement d’une somme forfaitaire de quarante (40) euros due au titre des frais de recouvrement. D’une manière générale, le Client ne peut invoquer quelque cause que ce soit pour différer ou modifier les conditions de paiement, notamment une contestation sur la qualité ou non-conformité des Produits ou un retard de livraison.
En cas de non-paiement d’une facture à l’échéance, REVOL aura la faculté de suspendre la réalisation de ses obligations, suspendre ou annuler les commandes en cours et/ou exiger le paiement immédiat du solde restant dû.
ARTICLE 7 – Réserve de propriété
NONOBSTANT TOUTE CLAUSE CONTRAIRE, LE TRANSFERT DE LA PROPRIÉTÉ DES PRODUITS COMMANDÉS AU PROFIT DU CLIENT NE SERA RÉALISÉ QU’APRÈS COMPLET PAIEMENT DU PRIX PAR CE DERNIER.
Le Client devra veiller à ce que l’identification des Produits soit toujours possible après leur livraison. En cas d’identification impossible, le Client admet que REVOL puisse revendiquer une même quantité de Produits de même nature.
ARTICLE 8 – Responsabilité – Garantie
Se référer aux conditions générales de vente REVOL complètes disponibles sur simple demande.
ARTICLE 9 – Droits de propriété intellectuelle
Sauf dispositions contraires, REVOL reste le propriétaire exclusif de tous les droits de propriété intellectuelle relatifs aux Produits vendus ainsi que des création, inventions, études, dessins, modèles, prototypes, etc. en relation avec les Produits. Le Client s’interdit donc notamment toute reproduction, exploitation ainsi que toute autre atteinte aux droits de REVOL sans l’autorisation expresse, écrite et préalable de REVOL qui peut la conditionner à une contrepartie financière.

ARTICLE 13 – Preuve
En cas de litige, les parties acceptent de considérer le fax et l’e-mail comme un écrit original valant preuve parfaite et renoncent à contester ce moyen de preuve.
ARTICLE 14 – Litiges
Les présentes conditions générales sont soumises au droit français.
TOUS LES LITIGES DECOULANT DES OPERATIONS VISEES PAR LES PRESENTES CONDITIONS GENERALES SERONT SOUMIS AU TRIBUNAL DE COMMERCE DE ROMANS (DROME – FRANCE), CE QUI EST EXPRESSEMENT ACCEPTE PAR LE CLIENT.
Les prix indiqués dans ce catalogue sont valables jusqu’au 31/12/2025.
- for any order to a value in excess of seven hundred and fifty euros (750 €) excluding VAT, the bill is to be paid within sixty (60) days from the date on the invoice.
6.3. No discount will be granted in the event of payment in advance.
6.4. Late payment: in the event of late payment, the Client will be charged interest, equivalent to three times the legal interest rate of the current year as fixed by the European Central Bank, as well as a flat collection fee of forty (40) euros (€). The Client may not invoke any cause to defer or modify the terms of payment, in particular with regard to the quality or nonconformity of the Products, or a delay in shipping.
In the event of nonpayment of a bill after its due date, REVOL will be released from its obligations and may suspend or cancel orders in progress, and/or demand immediate payment of the outstanding balance.
ARTICLE 7 – Retention of Title
NOTWITHSTANDING ANY CLAUSE TO THE CONTRARY, OWNERSHIP OF THE PRODUCTS ORDERED SHALL ONLY BE TRANSFERRED TO THE CLIENT AFTER PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE IN FULL BY THE CLIENT.
The Client is responsible for making sure that identification of the Products remains possible after delivery. In the event of identification not being possible, the Client agrees that REVOL can retrieve the same quantity of Products of the same reference in the Client’s possession.
ARTICLE 8 – Responsibility – Warranty

ARTICLE 9 – Intellectual Property Rights
9.1. Unless otherwise agreed, REVOL remains the exclusive owner of all intellectual property rights pertaining to the sold Products, as well as to the creation, invention, research, design, models, prototypes, etc. pertaining to the Products. The Client undertakes not to reproduce, exploit, or violate REVOL’s rights without prior written authorization. Failure to comply will necessitate financial compensation.

ARTICLE 13 – Proof
In case of litigation, the parties accept fax and email as original correspondence, to be considered as legal proof, and undertake not to contest this form of proof.
ARTICLE 14 – Litigation
The present general conditions are subject to French law. ANY LITIGATION ISSUING FROM OPERATIONS COVERED BY THE PRESENT GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS WILL BE SUBJECT TO THE COMMERCE TRIBUNAL OF ROMANS (DROME – FRANCE). THIS CONDITION IS EXPRESSLY ACCEPTED BY THE CLIENT.
The prices indicated in this catalogue are valid until December 31st, 2025.
