海邊 seaside 累積 accumulation
海邊 台灣的海邊近年來一直累積了海上漂泊著的垃圾，海廢里很難處理的垃圾一直逗留在海邊成為了奇景 之一，無論多少的淨灘活動持續的在進行，但是還是無法將他們再次創造永續的可能，因為處理程序的 複雜而長年疏忽至遺忘它的影響存在，甚至覺得這些就是自然形成或是本來就存在在海邊，過不久海 邊就要開始下雪了。
Seaside Taiwan in recent years has been accumulated by sea waste, they are very diďŹƒcult to clean up and lead to become one of the wonders in the seaside, no matter how many times with the beach cleaning , but still couldn't get them again the possibility of creating a sustainable, because of the complexity of the handler and chronic neglect to forget its eects exist, even think that is naturally formed or already exist in the seaside, soon after the sea began to snow.

累積 目前台灣處理保麗龍的回收廠名單中，可說是沒有幾家敢回收他們，這些保麗龍都被列為C級保麗龍， 外層已汙濁，處理麻煩，累積的因素之一。不只是海上的保麗龍，連漁市場等漁貨的保麗龍都無法被有 善回收處理， 造成了垃圾場或是菜市場的累積。
Accumulation At present, most Taiwan recycling manufacturers haven’t dared to do the sea waste styrofoam recycling. These are all listed as grade C type and their outer layer has been polluted make them hard to process well. Not only the styrofoam of sea, that also had the styrofoam of the fish market and others can’t be recycled properly, resulting in the accumulation of landfill or markets.

全台唯一的廢棄保麗龍回收廠 Taiwan First Abandoned Styrofoam Recycling Factory
環保公司 台灣桃園縣，齊輝回收正在進行這件事，靠著一台卡車到處收集這些保麗龍，再回到工廠裡進行處理 再生， 一天可以再生個 1 ~ 2 車的保麗龍，邊再生邊改善， 讓周圍的累積漸漸轉化成生活的重視。

EPS Recycling Company Taiwan Taoyuan Jongli City , QiHui recycling is doing it, drive a truck to collect the styrofoam everywhere and take them back to the factory for processing regeneration , they can regenerate a 1 ~ 2 car styrofoam per day , thinking to regenerate while improving, make them gradually change into life and know them. page 4

過濾 filter
回收過程 齊輝回收與其他廠的步驟不太一樣，用先溶劑的方式將 PS 成分溶解沉澱， 直接分離不是保麗龍的 成分， 容易處理了繁雜的部分。 再生後的成分就是再生的二次PS塑料， 運用範圍廣大， 但無法使用 在食器方面的運用。

Recycling Process Qihui recycling is not the same as other factory steps. It dissolves the PS composition in a solvent way, and it is not the composition of the styrofoam, which is easy to deal with the complicated parts. The regenerated component is the secondary PS plastic, which is widely used, but cannot be used in the food processor. page 5

保麗龍再生的知識 保麗龍回收的時候分成三個級別 A級保麗龍 : 乾淨, 防撞填料 , 商品用保麗龍 B級保麗龍 : 漁用箱, 生鮮, 外圍輕微骯髒, 需要微處理 C級保麗龍 : 長期廢棄, 工地保麗龍, 海廢 越髒的保麗龍再生後顏色也會越來越深
Styrofoam Regeneration Three levels of Styrofoam Recycling Class A : clean, anti-collision packing, and the common styrofoam. Class B : ďŹ sh case, fresh, small dirty, needs to be treated lightly. Class C : long term abandoned, industrial styrofoam, sea waste. The regeneration of the polystyrene will be more and more dark. page 7

一個烤盤的大小量 兩個相壓 , 重物壓住。 The amount of a baking plate, use two to Hot pressing

將熱壓好的Plate放 在石頭上加熱 。 Use the pressure plate do the second times heating, put on the top of natural stone..
Step 2 放進去烤箱加熱 Put into oven and heat it.

在余溫下手壓定型。 Pressing the shape when temperature cooling.

累積的凳子
長久的”重”累積 ， 環境需要平衡，以顛倒的角度來改善， 打 造我們對於他的一個新印象 。 The long-term "heavy" accumulation, the environment needs to be balanced, to reverse the different angle to improve , to build our new impression of him.

Main Logo
RE就是Reincarnation ，而EPS( Expanded Polystyrene ) 就是保麗龍的學名 縮稱 ，將logo放置在RE中間來敘述再生 ， PS字則以不同顏色來代表再生 後的二次材質。 Logo由兩個斜零字重疊形成 ， 代表”循環 | 融合 | 零廢棄” 。
Application
Small Tag , It made by the number of the styrofoam wastes .
Pattern 以重疊的透感作為識別的視覺， 一方面代表廢棄的累積， 一方面代表獲得再生。 Use “ Overlap ” be the icon vision to mean the accumulation of waste and be the new regeneration.

實驗這些過程一直都只是個開始和摸索，未來希望更多人的主動關注這些議題而 更多去嘗試與改變，讓台灣這四面圍繞著海的地方變得更美麗，也讓這些正在努力 的回收業者繼續被看見與支持，讓更多人看見美好的一面 。
Experiment these processes have been just a start and grope, hopes more people will voluntarily pay attention to these issues and more to try and change in future, let Taiwan become more beautiful, also let those people are trying to recycle continues to be seen and support, let more people see the good things and join them to save the environment.

陳凱淂 , Cater Tan 在思考畢設主題時會不時注意是否與之後出社會做的事情是有關連的 ，但發現這樣就缺乏了大膽 嘗試從未碰過的主題 ，於是在選擇了議題性方向 ，做著天馬行空的想像與實驗 , 產出的雖然只是 皮毛的物品 , 但是過程中是值得的 ，自己正在做著一件有趣的事情 。 時間的關係下沒有把作品玩 得更有趣 , 卻在過程裡得到了的各種知識與認識 ， 謝謝老師的指導和回收廠老闆的建議與協助。
