COLLEGE & BEYOND

We do College Counseling differently...and better.

Starting in 11th grade, every student participates in the worldclass college counseling program at Cate. This industryleading program involves a data-driven, self-reflective approach to college admissions, integrating anti-racist practices to address bias.

Our clear and concise communication with students, parents, faculty, and trustees ensures honesty and collaboration throughout the college search. The program has gained national recognition for its innovative approach, represented at the NAIS People of Color Conference and cited in Time Magazine in 2023. This comprehensive approach prepares students and parents to navigate the college admissions landscape effectively, resulting in favorable outcomes and a well-informed community.
