Cattail Creek Country Club Corporate Membership Options
Three Customized Options
Cattail Creek offers three customized corporate options to accommodate business entertaining needs, large and small. Businesses may identify between 2-6 employees to hold memberships under their choice corporate option. The two distinct types of memberships listed below are mixed and matched to form the three unique corporate options; businesses select which type of membership they wish to assign to each included employee. Full Golf Membership Our standard Golf Membership provides complete club privileges to an individual or a family. Unlimited access is granted to the golf course, practice facilities, seven har-tru tennis courts, fitness center, pool, and restaurant. Additionally, Full Golf Members may enjoy participating in all internal tournaments, leagues, clinics, camps, and other events on the course. Designee Membership Designees carry an abridged type of Golf Membership designed strictly for entertaining needs. Designee Members retain executive privileges that include full access to the restaurant and limited access to the golf course for the purpose of playing rounds with guests.

Corporate Membership Policies Substantiation of Eligibility To initiate a Corporate Membership, an incorporated company shall provide Cattail Creek with their tax identification number and articles of incorporation. Each Full Member and Designee Member on the Corporate Membership must furnish a current pay stub as evidence of current employment with the company. Executor An Executor of the Corporate Membership must be named, and will serve as the primary contact for Membership related affairs. The Executor need not be named as a Full Member or Designee. The Executor holds authority to add, resign and transfer Full and Designee Members on the account. The Executor is responsible for accounting matters, including the payment of the Corporate Membership account statements. For Corporate Options 2 & 3, the Executor is responsible for choosing the Designee block rounds and for authorizing the purchase of additional block rounds.
Enforcement of Club Usage It is the responsibility of the account Executor to communicate the company’s club usage expectations to the Full Members and Designees on the Corporate Membership. It is also the responsibility of the Executor to monitor such usage. This is especially important for companies under Corporate Option 2 or 3, who have a community block round option and a shared food minimum for Designees. Companies under Corporate Option 3 are also reminded that only 30% of all Designee block rounds may be used individually, without the accompaniment of at least one paid golfing guest. Two guest fees will be assessed to each round used individually over this limit. Account Set-up Each Membership is assigned a unique member number used for all club charges. Monthly club statements for each Full Member are sent to the company’s mailing address (unless the Executor permits redirection to a Full Member’s personal mailing address). All Designee Members on a given Corporate Membership share one unique member number and are individually distinguished by an alphabet letter following that member number. Monthly statements for the Designee member number are sent to the Executor at the company’s mailing address. A comprehensive statement, and total, for all designees is included, as well as a breakdown of charges for each Designee. Billing & Payment One statement for each Full Golf Member, and one combined statement for Designees, will be mailed the first week of any given month, and payment is due on the 20th of the month. Late fees will be assessed on payments received after the 25th of the month. Acceptable forms of payment are personal or business checks and online banking transactions. Accounts in arrears for more than 30 days face suspension until brought to good standing. A valid Visa or Mastercard is required to be kept on file with the club and will be used to clear overdue balances in the instance that attempts to rectify the outstanding balance with the Executor are unsuccessful.
Transfers A Full Membership or Designee Membership may be transferred from one company employee to a different company employee at any point during the year. The $3,000 transfer fee is due at the time the transfer occurs. A Full Membership may not be transferred and simultaneously downgraded to a Designee status mid-year. Downgrades/Resignations Requests to resign or downgrade Memberships at Cattail Creek must be submitted in writing by November 15 of the given year for processing on January 1 of the coming year. A Full Membership on a corporate option may be downgraded to a Designee Membership by following the above notification procedure. If at any point, the Corporate Membership drops to less than two Memberships (Full or Designee), the Corporate Membership will be dissolved. If the remaining Member is a Full Member, he/she will have the opportunity to maintain the Membership and become personally responsible for it. If the remaining Member is a Designee, he or she will have the opportunity to upgrade to a Full Membership. Termination of an Employee If an employee who holds a Full or Designee Membership is terminated from, or leaves the company, it is the responsibility of the Executor to inform the club immediately. If the club is not informed that an employee’s rights to the corporate option have been severed, the club will not be held responsible for any charges the said employee may make. A grace period through the end of the calendar year will be given for the company to identify a replacement employee to transfer the Membership to, during which time the Membership will be kept open and standard dues and fees will still be incurred. If a replacement for the open Membership has not been identified by the end of the calendar year, it will be terminated, and the appropriate initiation will be required in order to add any other Memberships in the future. If the company retains only one Membership (Full or Designee) as a result of terminating an empty Membership at the end of any given year, the Corporate Membership will be dissolved.
Benefits Transferability Corporate Memberships are the only type of Membership that are transferrable to another employee for a fee. Transfer any Full Membership or Designee Membership, at any time, to another employee for a $3,000 fee.
