{ A "MINI" ISSUE }
General Manager's Notes We have ordered beautiful new chairs for the Restaurant and Meeting Room, along with new wooden table tops. These will likely arrive sometime in March, and we are excited about the new look! Additional flag poles will be installed this winter, and we have ordered a Cattail Creek flag! The upgrades I've listed are just a few of the things we hope you will enjoy this upcoming season at Cattail. We want every experience that you have here to be a positive and memorable one. Come on out this winter and make some memories! See you at the Club! Dear Members, While the temperatures are frigid outside, the staff is hard at work preparing for a successful 2014. This is the time of year for us to take advantage of the reduced hours to prepare for the upcoming golf, tennis and swim seasons. Again this year, we have quite a list of projects to be completed, some of which we have already accomplished:
Gregory J.Colombo, CCM General Manager
We've installed a new draft beer system featuring six tap offerings instead of the previous four; this will allow us the ability to change our selections more frequently while still keeping the favorites available.
Welcome, New Members!
A new bar glass washer will be installed behind the main bar to reduce waiting time for Members while glassware is retrieved from the kitchen.
The Yannone Family Rick, Gia, John, Cianna, Grandpa John, Grandma Gina
The storage areas are being re-organized, specifically with dedicated wine shelving and a bin numbering system to improve the ease of ordering wine by the bottle.
The Stein Family Rob, Angela, Kyle, Jenna
A new laser engraver has been acquired so that all of the new tee markers can be updated by our Green Staff at a reduced cost and in a more timely manner. Additionally, this engraver will enable us to create many plates, tags, and even trophies and prizes that we typically order from outside vendors.
Carol Schmidt – Upgrade! The Santry Family Adam, Brooke, Addison
New elliptical machines and an upright bicycle have been purchased, for you to exercise on while you enjoy three new, larger, HD televisions in the Fitness Center.
The Dorsey-Rohrbach Family David, Missy, Jack, Cate
Chef Tom Caswell has rolled out his new winter menu along with a new, easier-to-read menu format. The new format highlights upcoming events at the Club, featured wines, specials for the evening, and some of Chef Tom’s signature items and favorites.
Rufael-Tesfayohannes Family Daniel, Tsion, Christine
